I swear 60312 was a set that sold. I'm looking through Ebay and a lot of them are listed as "Last one". That's good though. I think this one did just as good as 60239 from 2019.

It's still available and made so it's probably not retiring for at least 1 year, 60239: Police Patrol Car lasted 3 full years 2019-2021

Makine a combination of a 60383: Electric Sports Car  + 60312: Police Car could be fun.

I find that price of the grocery store i.e. 60347 is so stable and never has deal.

I got a deal on mine. Sadly the one sold to the US didn't get the same treatment as the one that was sold to the UK. In the UK, you can convert the set into an ASDA store. But in the US, the factory setting was the only way to go. Whole Foods is a pretty popular grocery store chain in the US with both adults and children - and the set seems to give nods to the organic food industry. So why not be able to convert it to one of those in the US? That sounds like a great idea to me.

In most cases I take the price per piece as a reference but this set has the highest price per piece for most city sets, if not all, released in the recent years.

Best deal I have seen in the USA is when I bought it at Kohl's for $49 and then if you spent $50 you get $15 Kohl's Cash and I used it to buy the Friends garbage truck for $5. 

And now that I think of it I have no idea where that set when. (Maybe too many LEGOs.)

I really don't understand why the price per piece for this set is so high among most other city sets released in recent years. Is there any very special piece exclusive to this set?

Do we know what the price point for the rumored Apartment Building is yet?

That is one I have been looking forward to getting multiple of, for housing for the various citizens within my city, and I'm hoping that it is the least bit affordable...

$80 USD and 688 pieces for apartment. Urban center is $200 for 2010 pieces and a new family house for $50 for 464 pieces. I think the prices are a mistake and really meant to be Euros and not dollars, so add like $10.

I find someone here in my country who is selling the city Wildlife set 60302 for approx. $45 USD which is new and sealed. Is it too good to be true? On Lego US site it is still selling for $71.99 after 20% OFF.

That set has been on sale for months now in Europe around €60 or even under, so that price is certainly possible

I got mine for $41, new, but opened because smashed box.
