If these test animals actually made it into sets:

- I'd expect the squirrel to appear in the City Park. Additionally it could be included in the CE Hotel and in other City sets with some green space.

- Could it be that the dog wears a jacket? I could see it in some City sets or in the next CMF.

I think the jury is still out. The lack of any ‘hole’ to add a bow on its head makes me doubt it is for Friends, though I accept that the head + body is a bit rounded in relation to other City/System animals (compare with the almost flat sides to the squirrel’s haunches for example, or the recent sheep)

The dog reminds me the most of the Hidden Side ghost dog but a bit bigger  and less puppy proportioned.

I can't believe I never figured this one out. But according to Pickle Bricks, the police and fire subthemes are merged now. Its called Police and Fire now. That actually makes sense given that both subthemes only release a handful of sets every year. This year is supposed to have some rather interesting ones such as the ice cream van chase and the bank robbery, I hope the latter is compatible with road plates. I wonder if the police station, fire department and hospital will have a road plate. I know the school will.

Yeah! Thats because the main characters are cops and firemen. So that subtheme will be about them. Great Vehicles and Town are also merged too. It's all called My City now. I think it's a great idea to do that. Makes room for new subthemes.

YIPEE!!!! I don't speak for anyone else. But I love those road plates. I hope they make a parking lot with handicapped spaces. That would be something I'd buy. My other hope is that another wave of My City sets comes in the summer. Chance for a supermarket anyone?

No no, "My City" it's not a merged subtheme, it's just a subtheme focused on City buildings, with a few vehicles for better playability

And as for my city for summer, probably not, we might get airport and trains as the 2020 airport wave is being retired and same goes for the 2018 trains, so we might get a big airport, train station, and possibly a big Town D2C with a big building, a public transport vehicle, and some adittional buildings (this is not confirmed information, just my opinion and comparison to previous sets) we could get a hotel and a museum with a heist function, maybe a new bus, coffee shop or a kiosk, and bus stop. 

If this becomes real, I'm going to be excited

Ok so the school set will have road plates. I’m not 100% convinced that it would have school bus. You know…count pieces.

I don’t recall if there is a description about that school set?

There was a description. It is said to include a school bus. Unfortunately I can't find it so you'll have to believe me. An insider of mine also said there will be one.

Given the piece count of the police car, I wonder if City plans to revert back to four stud wide vehicles. The car included with the family home (which looks more like an apartment building than a house) was a four stud wide. So was the car from the city center. I wonder if those were Easter eggs to a potential revision to the four stud wide system. It definitely works better with the new road plate system than the six stud wide vehicles.

Yeah! I don’t think that vehicle would be called “school bus”. Instead of that, it’s a “school van”.

I think school building is more shallow rather than dullhouse-like. 

Here is my opinion on CMF Series 22:

I don’t think some orindatory City-based minifigures will point us tot he summer wave’s subtheme. 

Like we did have diver from CMF Series 20 pointed us to Ocean Exploration subtheme in 2020.

So.......no updates yet I see! Well to bring this thread out of a comma, I do wonder if City is going back to the four stud wide system for their vehicles. If so, it would make sense given the new road system.

Maybe, but now basically every vehicle is 6 or 8 studs wide, so I think the police car from 60312, 60314 and 60316 to be 6 studs(Atention! The 10€ set does not have 51 pieces, but 94), I'm curious about how the police vehicles would look as some of them haven't appeared for quite a while in Lego form, also curious about the ambulance from the upcoming hospital, could it be better than 60204's as for details?

I like the color and front of the passenger train, but the interior is a joke. The Cargo train is rather meh. However LEGO really needs to reign in the prices of the trains, they are just too damn expensive.
