Anyways, there is a chance to see offical images within this month since the sets in winter 2022 would be released on Janaury 1. Please correct me if I’m wrong about release date!

First,yes the super mario sets got leaked in a nintendo teaser showing 3 new sets

And second the upcoming sets are supposed to be released in January worldwide,so you are indeed right 

Now talking about official images or leaks, I think those will come out in a few weeks as city reveals usually come out at the end of november,

Another thing people are not talking about: what is set 60313 supposed to be? I searched this reference number a few times and nothing about it, weird

Maybe it's an exclusive to LEGO.com like the current Police Boat, so it won't show up in retailer lists.

Yeah I saw that after I posted, the set number doesn't really match, but since LEGO is trying new packaging in 2022 to reduce plastic waste, maybe those minifig packs could be in cardboard boxes again as back as the older Starter Sets.

But yeah, a €20 set also makes sense since those Elite Police sets were exclusive to LEGO as well (in my country at least)

This is what a real city should have. Not the endless fleet of vehicles but some real estate too! Like it was in the Golden era.

Saying that, I have to admit CITY 2021 is kind of a very good example in this direction. It somewhat reminds me old sets back in the 1990-s full of charm and having the trues SYSTEM value.

Here in Russia we have it in all shops, retails and online including Lego Russia Store on Aliexpress, with no exception.

IKR!!!!! As I said before, Lego has enough action related themes to make them money. City should be about what it's name suggests and make at least 50% of its theme about town planning - like it will do in 2022.

One interesting find for the possibility to see the LEGO Space Team figures in the 2022 LEGO sets :

There are printable cards here which show the minifig's background/job and for the Kate figure it says "LEGO City commercial pilot" as background.

All the 8 characters are named and City has been incorporating named characters for a while now.

It could still be entirely different figures , it's just speculation, but it just adds up if those fictional minifigs work in City, work on a Moon mission and joined the LEGO Space team after 2020, it fits in the "story" of City a bit.

Apparently, there's going to be a new LEGO color being a solid neon yellow.

Maybe LEGO can finally use that color for some emergency services, as it's common in Europe nowadays to have neon yellow accents on cars, or even mostly neon yellow colored ambulances/medical helicopters.

With Gracie Goodhart in 60277 Police boat having a clearly British inspired Police uniform, maybe there will be a UK inspired police car ?

Personally would love if the Light yellow would be replaced with a neon yellow, not that the 2019-2021 Fire/Police looks bad, I think if it's as bright as the Coral Color, a neon yellow would look even better.

Could make sense as the 2014 police sets have the same letter style as the British Police Vehicles

For me I do prefer the 2008-2017 police vehicles as they match nicely to the Portuguese Police Vehicles(they are mostly white with blue and red) but I do like the new sets with that modern yellow and blue colors. 

There's not much information about the police sets colors, I do think it will follow the color scheme with yellow accents, but who knows? Perhaps we may get some nice designs with great color schemes using that leaked yellow variant.

The color thing does not matter that much to me, I'm just wondering if the bank building will have a modern or a classic look and I'm curious about that fire pick up from set 60319:if its going to be 6 studs and have a off road look or if just going to look like 60240 but with red colors and fire stickers or prints.

You never know. That may be what the new police car is.

I think TLG will release official info and pics on Nov 22-23, like they did last year. And imho, if there will be any leaks at all, they should come out maybe 2-3 days before that date.

You mean the Chinese New Year Sets?  Because nothing else appeared recently

I think images should come out between day 19 to day 26 as previous reveals like for example last year images came out in day 20 while the police boat and the auto transport and shopping street we re revealed a bit after, so we just have to wait a few weeks, can't wait to see the bank and hospital and mobile command unit.

The Lunar New Year sets are always a riot of colours and interesting parts, and usually throw up some great torsos and hairpieces too. Every Lego City needs a China Town for sure
