Thank you all very much for the information! :classic:

To the 60324 Mobile Crane:

The price is too high and it's a pity that there aren't car doors included. Apart from that everything in this set is perfect: the colors, the design and that there is (after years finally) a cab for the crane operator - I'll definately buy this set!

To the 60351 Rocket Launch Pad:

It's completely new that there'll be a retailer exclusive set in spring - and even that a big one. Since I already own the Mars Space Station and am otherwise no fan of sets of futuristic things in the City theme (imo they should get there own Space theme outside of City), tor me this could be the only interesting Space set of this subtheme. Well, we'll see

To a comment in the Promobricks video (where the sets are described):

There it is mentioned that there shall be a bigger school or a bigger expansion to the 60239 School With School Bus later this year. This sounds promising, doesn't it?! Maybe we get some additional rooms, a sports hall and / or a cafeteria?

To the picture of different City minifigs and vehicles:

Here's my analysis:

First row:

  • woman with new white-yellow torso - Maybe a female teacher in 60239 School With School Bus?
  • ice-cream custome - That's for sure the ice-cream seller in 60328 Lifeguard Station.
  • female horse rider (?) - She is for sure part of the set 60327 Horse Transporter.
  • fire chief - Supposably he's included in 60320 Fire Station.

Second row:

  • blue-white robber (?) - He will for sure be included in one of these Police sets.
  • white-orange-blue robber (?) - -"-
  • green-black robber (?) - I could imagine this one to be a robber disguised as garbage truck driver in 60316 Police Station.
  • neon-green or lime-green car with white doors in the back - It's to short to be the ambulance plus I don't spot any blue lights. In contrast, there could be a boat in the same color like the car on its top (but the picture is too small to say). So might it be a car included in 60326 Picknick In The Park?

Third row:

  • construction worker - We already know that this minifigure will be included in 60324 Mobile Crane.
  • male police officer - For sure he'll be part of the 60316 Police Station.
  • female firefighter - She'll be included in one of the Fire Sets - I personally would go for 60319 Fire And Police Mission
  • female police officer - Obviously, she'll be part of some of the Police sets.

Fourth row:

  • firefighter with neon-green helmet - Obviously, he'll be part of some of the Fire sets.
  • mobile crane - It's the already leaked 60324 Mobile Crane.
  • police helicopter (?) - For sure it's part of the 60316 Police Station.
  • fire helicopter or ambulance helicopter (?) - Either it's the 60318 4+ Fire Helicopter or it will be included in the 60330 Hospital.

Fifth row:

  • black-grey-yellow vehicle - Either this is the garbage truck in the 60316 Police Station or it's the tractor truck for the 60343 Helicopter Transport.
  • woman in wheelchair with baby plus another minifig - Obviously, these minifigs are part of the 60330 Hospital.
  • paramedic - -"-
  • bigger car with something on top - This is either the Tuk-Tuk included in the 60315 Mobile Police Station or the ice-cream truck in the 60314 Ice-Cream Truck Chase.

I wonder what that green and yellow van is on some of those cards ?

It would be weird to see an ambulance with those colors, while hospital itself should be red, blue, white.

I guess it could belong to Fire Department as this neon green/yellow color matches with fireman hat. Plus, wheels seems to be too big/offroadish for an ambulance. We'll see :)

What I meant with the "Ambulance" was something like the vehicle from this set but in neon yellow with some sort of sandgreen/turquoise.

In the ski resort, the medical SUV vehicle was 2-tone yellow and red.

Medical SUV exist in real life too, even while they aren't the typical "Ambulance" to carry patients , the word ambulance is still written on it.

Second option could be an off road vehicle from the Beach Rescue base.

The last option would be a new fire chief truck, as there might be a ladder on top, and there seems to be a bar on the front as well which doesn't really fit an ambulance , also the size / wheels seem the most similar to this previous fire chief truck :

Duke Detain got multiple cars in sets, Freya only got 1 official Fire Chief car.

No offical reveal yet!

I don't see that happening until December unfortunately. Lego is just THAT stubborn with their City theme. They'll show us all the other sets in clear pics, but they'll hold off the City sets.

Agreed. Same for CMF - it may be revealed in December instead of this week.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the first look we see of some of these is through them being added to Lego.com, like the Marvel sets.

Leaks seem to have been cracked down on more than ever before.

Well....the greatest blessings come to those who wait! So it looks like that's what we'll have to do.

It's a bit disappointing that they don't roll out the leaks or new images in relatively quick succession - like every other day or three, thus making it all an 'event' to create buzz, discussion, and excitement. When they space it randomly with weeks between people tend to wander off.

I know I've been checking daily expecting the leaks to show, or images, but with little coming I'll be turning my gaze elsewhere. I will still look forward to finding out but won't keep LEGO on the brain for weeks straight.

This was exactly what I was thinking. They could even stretch out so each week is a different theme, and they spread the theme’s reveals across the 5 days of the week.

Some game companies do official little teasers work on the hype, but of course, a game is typically easier to keep under wraps compared to a retail product.

That said, as much as knowing LEGO sets details early might be nice for a customer to know, I think it might hurt end of year sales.

Especially in a time where a record number of current sets, even sets not planning to retire are out of stock, USA had major problems 1 year ago due to the Mexico factory, but now Europe is affected as well which has multiple factories.

Still I think we should be happy LEGO is still planning to have so many sets for the new year, despite the world having so many logistic issues like container costs have risen a lot.

Yeah. That could be true given that City is now their best selling theme since 2020. I guess that would make sense to hold back certain theme until a certain time.

Not City per se, but that Monkie Kid City of Lanterns set will fit really well into a City, especially with the alternate suggestion of having a row of buildings in a street without the monorail.

I agree, the monorail makes the set look somehow ridiculous. Shame Lego doesn't make a proper (City) monorail fitting the new tracks.

That Monkey Kid city is designed as modules. So you can rearrange them as a normal street without the monorail. They look like they will even work with the newer road plates.
