It will be in the next month because LEGO will have to add it to the website. Why don't we just all wait and see.

The new sets from January 2022 wave will be revealed soon!

It’s not just City theme. i’m waiting for CMF Series 22 to be revealed soon. 

I am hoping it would be this week but I repeatedly mentioned that lego is unpredictable.

I’m not sure if it does relate to City but…@williejm just spotted one molded reindeer being featured in Lego store’s December calendar. That reindeer is light gray but it may be just an artwork for calendar. Still…. It makes me more curious about that gray reindeer.

It's not even light grey, it's light light grey. It's a CGI thing so I don't even think it's a real color.

The existence of the 40518 product was revealed through the Lego instruction website.
The name of the product is high-speed train, and the number of bricks is 284, but I don't know if it's a city product or not.

I think it's a product with two trains.
The number of bricks in the 10157 and 10158 products released in the past is similar to the number of bricks in the 40518.

Stonewars recently updated their page about the big set 60351,looks like we have price and a new name, looks like it's called space center and will cost 139.99€

I think it may be something like the 60228 but with a bigger rocket and a better operacions center

A few days ago we got a Creator Promotional set, this could be a City promotional set, or a set like the small Disney castle that you can get easily on Lego.com for 35€ and had a reference number a bit similar to this one.

Set numbers around 404xx - 405xx either are GWP, or a LEGO Exclusive (including LEGOLAND or LEGO House)

40488 was the coffee cart GWP , 40491 is the 2022 Year of the Tiger GWP.

40498 is the seasonal penguin exclusive , 40499 Santa's Sleigh

40501 is the LEGO House LEGO Duck

 

What I mean, is that 40518 set could be anything at this point.

I wasn't really disappointed at all. I knew it would be Creator just from its number and piece count.

A new train seems likely but probably part of the July-August releases.

Looks good for what it is, didn't really expect much more then that, I'm glad it's a different horse color, and a saddle included.

I like the show jumping bar, and I think it'll add some play value to the set as as a whole.

Ahem, in all seriousness; we’ve got a hospital that I initially mistook for a gas station (it has this weird ‘over-the-road’ elevated segment for reasons) and a police station, both integrated with the road plates. A new ‘mobile police base’, which looks even worse than the last couple because it has a flatbed containing a 4x4 buggy integrated, a 4+ fire helicopter, and MOONBASE MOONBASE I LOVE THE MOONBASE.
