Can anyone tell me if the new police car (i.e. 60312) has any sticker? Is the "Police" on the door of the car printed brick or sticker?

It's printed. Lego has thankfully printed a 1x4 brick for this wave and used it in many different sets.

I think this  train will have some new things and have way more details, I mean, look at the piece count of it and compare it to the previous trains! As for the motors and eletric components I can t stop thinking about we having a brand new system without a remote control, with the last powered up set have been released in 2020 there might be a chance of trains starting to have control plus component,who knows?

 

And we finally have some information about the farm sets, I am a bit sad that none of stunt sets had appearead in the stonewars article, I am really curious about that chimp set and the double loop set too, but about the farm sets,wow! Looks like we are having some new and exciting animals in this summer too, a carrot van with an unexpected new piece being this new corn in the cob piece, a barn and greenhouse and a tractor in a 4 plus set (sad) and a hen house with a quad and some chickens. In my opinion I do like the new farm subtheme but I really am sad about the farm set being a 4 plus,hope this turns into a regular 5 plus set like the blue stunt jet. After seeing some replies about the animals and the fact that the hen house does not include a rooster, I have one last thing to say: do not worry about not having a rooster yet because these preliminary images often show non finished concepts of the sets, heck remember the 2021 wildlife off roader leak image? It had a kitten representing a lion cub and a lioness representing a male lion,and then in the finished product we got our firstnlion and lion cub,same might happen to the hen house and we can finally get our hands on a lego rooster.

Why sad about not having info on Stunz sets? They will turn up eventually, do\n’t worry. :) 

Agreed on the barn set being a 4+ set. It doesn’t excite me so I would order all animals off B&P in the future.  Probably I would get Farmer’s Marker Van if the deign looks “old-fashioned” rather than modern but we will see. I am super excited about corn in the cog piece!!

Agreed on the prelimary Hen House set. I hope it would turn out that we would indeed get a rooster mold. Actually, it’s not a kitten mold in prelimary Wildlife Rescue subtheme last year - kitten mold didn’t exist until now. :)

I have that set. I'm thankful to say that the POLICE sign on the sides is printed.

Everyone know that Lunar New Year sets are free-stickers but I’m hoping we will get some printed pieces for some themes like City. It’s really annoying seeing some sticker sheets.

The Lunar New Year sets have a lot of prints, but there are still stickers.

Ice festival has 100% prints, the other has stickers this year.

Dragon Boat Race also had stickers in the first year.

I think the first one, the dinner with family that was an Asian exclusive also has stickers. Tons of food prints and I think the 'pictures' on the wall are stickers.

Can confirm this is correct - the food are all printed tiles, but the decoration are stickers.  I can't see City ever moving to all printed given the price-point/target audience.

Wow! That's great to hear so with that being said, Congratulations man! Truth be told, the ones from 2012 and 2018 are my favorites. I plan to get both of those. The building from the 2012 will serve as the hospital building for my town and I'm going to use that along with the vehicles from the 2018. I may get the 2022, but only for part expansion - especially for those doors. C'mon, whoever at Lego came up with those doors is a genius. Similar doors are also used on the school, bank, police station and fire station.

I'm still jealous of the sale the UKers had on Winnie the Pooh around Christmas. Never even a dollar off anywhere near me. Sales are really weird like that. There was one time I had a Walmart clearance the Jurassic World big set for $85 (normal $130 I think) and that was right as the movie was a mega hit. Made no sense to me.

Just finished building the hospital and I love it. Loving the new vibrant yellow color (please LEGO make the 2 x 2 round tile in that color), the great parts selection and the overall design. I too want more of those double doors (and I hope they appear in white) and I will be trying to snag more of those hospital gown torsos if I can.

Plenty of parts here that can go into my planned hospital MOC when I eventually build it.

What are the lowest possible prices for these sets to hit sooner or later by your guess or experience? Regardless of which country you are in or where you'll get it, I'm just taking it as a reference. Thanks

Same here, but City sets' windows usually come in trans light blue, so I think we have to look for it in Creator sets (maybe some Friends sets) to get it in trans clear. Let's hope the double doors appear in the upcoming Creator 3-in-1 Noodle shop set.

I want them in opaque white but trans-clear (and trans-black) also would be nice.

Smartest piece LEGO has made in awhile. I love it and I don't even have it yet. 

So far it's the same color in the Friends set too. But it's also only in teal in the big fire set so clearly it's not 'color locked' like some pieces are when they are new.
