Ironically enough, the only products I'm happy that I brought this year are the vehicles. The buildings......not so much. But with some situations, the only way to get the vehicles are to get the buildings; the police van from 60316, the fire truck from 60320 and the school bus from 60329. I also want that fire car and fire engine from 60321.

I want the garbage truck from the police station. However the station itself isn't horrible. I probably don't need it. I have two plastic containers in the basement with vehicles that I haven't opened in 10 years.


I spent 20 minutes yesterday looking for the first bag of the last police station. (The really bad one.) I only bought it for the pitbull and that it was super cheap. So the first bag is where the dog was and I was looking and looking.

Turns out I had already built the bag.

I’m little suprised that we don’t get any primliary pics of summer wave yet. Just like we got a leaked glimpse of primlimary picture of Wildife Rescues last year.

I'm most interested to see what those Mission sets will be.

Mars Exploration , Water Police Investigation , Wildlife Animal Rescue 

The price is the same as the former People packs (supposedly $39.99 ), but those have more pieces.

Wouldn't surprise me to be the new variant of people packs, likely with less minifigs but maybe more accesoires and small builds (higher piece count, small pieces)

 

My guess is that Water Police likely will re-use the diver torso from the 2021 Police Boat set.

Agreed. I have a feeling in my guts these Mission sets may be similiar to People Packs too.

What one of these mission did get my attention - Wildlife Rescue Mission. We have Wildlife Rescue subtheme last year. It makes me wonder - what if this set may not be based in African setting? There is no description on all Missions yet. 

People Packs did have two new molded animals (dolphin and eagle in separate sets). So I’m guessing there may be at least one new molded animal. Definitley, not large animals - we already have a lot of new animals for City this year. So far, we already have seen squirrels and kittens and we have heard rumors (calf, piglet and lamb).

DUDE!!!! If this is a people pack revival, those will literally be in "shut up and take my money" territory. I was a sucker for people packs. I have every people pack that has ever been released. Use the minifigs for my town!

Hey guys, I know you are excited for the reveals of the summer sets and we might not have a single image but we do have information about the city cargo train(finally!) 

The set includes a red train with powered up components to motorize the locomotive, a car carrier wagon, a flatbed  wagon and another wagon carrying 2 containers and it's supposed to include switch tracks like the previous train, there might be a car included and a small building too, but I'm not sure about it

Unless I just dreamed it, the Mission sets are very much like the book builds. You get two figures, and some parts to build several different things. The Space one is an astronaut and an alien.

If that's the case I think it would be a shame. What appealed to me about the People Packs were that you got a nice variety of normal folks, not police, firemen etc. Regular citizens are so rare in sets overall. I already have too many Wildlife Rescue torsos and Police torsos anyway.

Very low variety of wagon, if train carrier is actually something like from real it can be something, but these wagons sounds as actually three flatbeds without cargo...
