Hello everybody! I have been recently thinking about building the V8 WK3 pneumatic engine, from Greek Gecko Workshops. On their page, it says that to get max RPM you need 116 psi, and you need to be able to hook the engine up to an air compressor. Does anybody know how to do this? I have not been able to find any answers. Thanks, LegoBuilder919

Just plug the compressor output into engine input???

Thank you for replying, really what I think I am asking, is what connecter should I use? Thanks, LegoBuilder919

Do not quote a video from the same page.

Ahh, my bad, didn't understand the purpose of the question

Well, judging from Nicjasno's video above, you'd need a needle air nozzle. Since lego's pneumatic connectors have a 3'2mm diameter, go for one that is a bit larger, so that the tubing doesn't pop off easily.

That's what I used. And I've played with pneumatic engines for years. But be careful with >100 psi for lego pneumatic engines. That is pretty extreme!

I was about to mention that as well, 116psi, I would have safety concerns. Be sure to wear safety googles, lol.

I use pneumatic nailers at work and at 80 psi can drive a 16 penny nail thru a 2x4 piece of wood.

Hello again. I don't plan on going that high, that is just what you need to get if you want max RPM (which I don't need). Also safety goggles wouldn't help that much. XD Thanks again you all.
