kodlovag Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 I would like to show you my newest model, the Rába 250 tractor. I designed and built it at the end of the last year during the Covid wave, when I was forced to stay at home office. But only now took the photos. Features 4x4 wheel drive with center differential 4 cylinder engine 4 speed gearbox with the orange wave selector. The orange light on the top is the switch Articulated steering Opening hood and doors Rear PTO with on/off switch Manual control for the rear attachment Rear three point hitch Spraying (or seeding?) attachment with with lifting arms Unfortunately it is not perfect, because white rims do not exist in this size, not even Chinese parts. So I had to replace by LBG. See more photos on my flickr page HOG steering (also on the top). Black knob for the manual function of the attachment (lifting the arms in this case). Red switch for PTO on/off. Black gears for lifting the attachment. Quote
Seasider Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 That’s a great looking tractor. Any more details on how all the functions work? Quote
jorgeopesi Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 Lovely tractor, the cabin is a bit big but it looks awesome anyway. I love the pure Thecnic style the less pieces you use the more I like. Quote

suffocation Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 Really like this It's got an irresistible old-school vibe to it. Quote
Johnny1360 Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Hell yeah, really like what you have done here, now I want to see it with dualies. Quote
KevinMD Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Great looking tractor! I’ll echo the comments saying the minimalist look works very well here. Quote
Jundis Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 What a glorious MOC! Even so minimalisticly built with very few panels but just enough not to be a skelleton look. Quote
GerritvdG Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Nice! I also like the functions you added to this machine… Quote
Axadder Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Impressive model, as mentioned above, the reduced use of panels makes the model to look like "more Technic" and less "Model Team". And the likeness to the real model is also quite good. Quote
Jurss Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 I like it, especially because of someow minimalistic (just necessary) body, just like it should be for technic set. Also functionality is just enough for good MOC. Quote
Brickend Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Really like it; instantly recognisable and with every part seemingly having a reason (functional and structural) to be there. With the new Zetros tires, this MOC is making me think of a smaller version (FW or Panther)! Quote
Gray Gear Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 I know they are not exacly the same wheels, but they would fit, right? White color available: GoBricks Quote
Maaboo the Witch Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Superb work! Looks just like a Raba-Steiger and the suspension is masterful. Quote
Thirdwigg Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Great tractor, and I love when tractors include an implement. I love the feel of this MOC, and the tires look great. Quote

This was one of my very first Technic moc, I created it about 8 years ago, or so... This was the motivation to build the big brother. The new Zetros tyres are very exciting, I look forward to see your tractor. 22 hours ago, Seasider said: That’s a great looking tractor. Any more details on how all the functions work? I can show you a cleared LDD screenshot about the internal structures. First has the original colors, second is recolored by functions Quote
Rebel_Lego Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Great model! Also love the switch for the PTO and the fact that the bodywork is pretty simple but still very recogniseble and well shaped. Thanks for sharing! Quote

TeamThrifty Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 A proper technic moc! Love it. Always great to see agriculture getting a mention.. my favourite subject! This older style tractor really works well in lego. I've got half an idea that 42100 would give me enough white parts for a big bud!! Just one comment - if the articulation point is in the centre, you don't need a central diff. But thats a minor point, overall i love it. Lots of cogs and stuff going on inside it, just like technic should be!! Quote
jorgeopesi Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 The small one is even more cute. I like tractors but I never did one, more than once I thought about do a kirovets but I never trusted it would be good, now I know it. Quote
MajklSpajkl Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 It has that beasty vibe . I like it very much. Great job on the internals as well. Is the rear hitch compatible with Claas Xerion? Quote

Hello, English is mandatory on the forum. It doesn't have to be perfect; you can use a translator, but it has to be in English. Quote
Aleh Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 Tractor's internals look complex , any video would be appreciated! Quote
