Post n.1 should be fixed: the BMW is in the January wave, and the John Deere is in the March wave.

I've seen a leak of the 42139 --> ok it is shown in the 42139 topic.

Seeing the leaked transforming vehicle, it is a bit surprising that it's just a flip-over transformation, but nevertheless, looks okay-ish

Like the old robot set? Or really just flipping over to the other side?

Hmm, a Rollcage-like car? That would be interesting and, with present-day huge LEGO tyres, quite doable.

Something like that, but with tracks. One of the sides is blue/dark azure (probably the latter but I hope the former), white and yellow, The other side is orange, and probably something else. The bodywork of the orange side is different than the blue side though. There is probably some mechanism involved to make the body move up and down from the tracks, because the bodywork appears to stick out above the tracks. It has a small wheel on top of the cabin.

Other details: One large thread on the back, one smaller version (not new) in the front, and four pulleys on the bottom and top. Most panels are covered with stickers. New 5x2 elliptical liftarm in dark azure/blue appears in this set as well.

Most likely, a spring-loaded bistable mechanism, a fancier version of what we have on light switches.

I reckon it will be a Bentley, as the one remaining premium VAG brand. Could be a Bacalar??

Who said it has to be from VAG?

Nobody, its speculation. But 3/3 being from VAG sets a pretty big precedent...

We'll see if it becomes 4/4... If LEGO sticks to VAG, my bet is on the Audi E-Tron GTR ;)

Considering electric car don't have transmission or engine I think Audi R8 will be more.

Of course TLG can use C+ in set but it will terribly slow.

Actually E-Tron GT does have a 2-speed transmission in the rear axle, so that would make for some functionality even if it's far from the complexity of 8-speed gearboxes in previous cars. The stators and rotors for electric motors could also be brick-built. Beyond those, introducing some novel functionality could be done (there are tons of stuff that cars do but official Lego car hasn't done), though I'm not exactly holding my breath on those.

Those new panels from porsche formula would fit really good for Audi R8 sides, but R8 is already old. There should be something that was recently anounced. But we really don't know.

The E-Tron GTR is rumored to be the electric successor of the R8, although there are no real news about it since 2019. An electric car would give the designers a chance to come up with something new from a Technic feature perspective, replicating the whole internal mechanism of the Sián once again with a different shell would be pretty boring.

I think R8 because of this article. It's not to old. This green hell edition is perfectly fit with dark turquoise color which TLG suddenly started making a lot of piece. And also in the past, a lot of piece in dark turquoise came out.

So was the 911

Not particular model, which was presented 2015. Lego version came out 2016.

Actual version of R8 came out also on 2015.

I don't understand what you mean by this

I don't care much about what car they pick. I just hope that we won't get a 3rd model with the same transmission/gearbox than Chiron and Sian. I want something new.

I’ve mentioned the VAG link for the 3 Ultimate cars so far, I’d really love it to be a Bentley next but I just can’t see it happening. I think an Audi is more likely, or perhaps they’ll shift brands.

As Jim and others pointed out, there's a lot of new pieces and recolors in white and teal, so I have a feeling the upcoming H2 sets will be in those colors. I think the supercar will be white, not teal, since teal is a bit too close to the Sian's lime and from what I've seen TLG is trying to have the supercars in as unique and as different colors as possible.

But we already had white Porshe's not so long ago, semi-UCS and pullback this year. I still bet on teal, possibly white/teal. It looked great at '50-60 classic cars, and should work for modern supercars too :sweet:
