robbo Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 (edited) Well done Eurobricks! i have just noticed that we broke the record for the amount of users online at any one time (previous record set a couple of years ago). I couldn't see this posted anywhere else so i decided to post it. This web site is certainly alive and kicking. Edited September 11, 2010 by WhiteFang Update topic description Quote
El Bucanero Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 That's cool! 318 Huh? For some reason I expected the world record to be a bit higher. Ah well, I guess you're right! Huzzah for EuroBricks! Quote
Scouty Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 I don't think that is the most that have ever been online in one single place on the internet. Another site I visit has 496. Quote
brickbrother Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 I'm pretty sure you don't mean world record, because another forum I'm part of has a highest record of 408. Quote
Plural Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 Damn I was offline at the time. I wanted to be apart of it. Methinks this has something to do with a certain Death Star. Quote
Holodoc Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 I always waited for this moment. Thanks, robbo, for pointing it out. Hurray Eurobricks! Quote

JopieK Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 hmm, I think we should also keep track of the uptime of the server, some people also get their kick of of that (I have a FreeBSD server, so for me it is also simple to get a record now and then ;)). But anyway, 318 people is nice! Quote
Ras 74 Posted August 30, 2008 Posted August 30, 2008 466 is indeed impressive... most impressive! Seeing those numbers is pretty fun. I use to see how many is online when I "visit" the front page. For a few years ago, on a regular basis, we often had 15-20 visitors, and 10-20 members visiting the site. Today is is very common with 60-80 visitors, and 20-40 members. And this is can be on early working time for many Europeans. Meaning, the Aussies is already home, and the lazy Yankees still in their pyjamas Congrats EB to a new record! -Ras- Quote
Brick n Brick Posted August 31, 2008 Posted August 31, 2008 Congrats Eurobricks. I thought the record would have been a mighty bit higher! Quote

Long live Eurobricks! (Now let's do something to wipeout the new number .) Haha I noticed that too; I believe that we also broke the last record last week. I agree we should get rid of the current number, I think it's bad luck :skull: . Quote
