tformers3 Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 (edited) Hey guys, so I made a sandbox game where you can import your LDraw models into a procedurally generated world: https://sam-hsu.itch.io/digital-bricks I can't wait to see what people build! Edited May 16, 2023 by tformers3 Quote
deraven Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 That's pretty cool! Would be great to see some basic interaction added (like manipulating hinges and points of rotation so doors can be opened, etc.). I can imagine importing entire small towns to have dotted around the map and walking through a modular city after a long day exploring the randomly generated world. Great project. Quote
tformers3 Posted November 17, 2021 Author Posted November 17, 2021 Thanks! Yeah hinges and things would be nice but would definitely take a lot of work and know-how that I just don't have right now (not to mention time). It would be nice if someday this sort of project could work with developers of Bricklink Studio as their brick building and hinge/connectivity tools are great! Quote
