Looks more like a tug boat than cutter to me anyway. Regardless nice little simple build, is this a B model by chance?

I was kind of hoping it would be some high-powered Lego machine with a real blade cutting Technic models in half...

Well, under cutter category might go almost any small and midsize boats ;-)

But I agree that without masts it very reminds tug boat ;-)

And it is not B model.
