This is a fairly open ended mission, so if you would like to investigate a location mentioned, feel free to move there. I should note though, some locations might benefit from being together as a group. Gripping his blade, Bers slices upward, knocking Cassandra back into the snow. Despite an attempt to deflect the oncoming attack, she hits the ground as she loses the grip of her rapier, landing a few feet away from her. Clover scurries out from the door as Cassandra stands up, gripping her leg in a hug. "Are you alright? Are you hurt?" "No, no. I'm alright, Clover. A little sore, but I should be fine." The mayor pats the dragon wyrmling on the head as she looks to Bers. "Well fought. Your armour is quite solid. Anything less and I think I might've had the upper hand. Needless to say, you're no rookie if your changing stances that well." She picks up her rapier and sheathes it into it's scabbard. But on another note what is sentience, would your pet be sentient? I am probably just add two and three to get seven. I only mention it because the old hotel we are stationed at is in a renovation state. And some one who could fix all most anything might be very handy. But our main objective here is to identify "Mr. Fix-It" and I guess to make sure he is not some kind of criminal. "Well, sentience is an interesting thing. I would be surprised if MILES was created using livecode, but it isn't unheard of. All adamites have been programmed with livecode instead of standard deadcode to give us sentience. It's what differentiates me from the driver of the bus. The bus driver was programmed to get him from point a to point b. I would need to have a program that simple to rely on." As Polaris describes the situation, Avgustus looks around, leaning into Polaris to speak in a hushed voice. "I have heard that Mr. Fix-It's a mechanical genius. He can fix watches, toasters, bicycles, you name it, he can fix it. This includes weapons from what I've heard." He lifts his hefty satchel up. "I have brought something for him to fix myself, but you believe this Mr. Fix-It is a criminal? Attempting to be poached? Under what pretenses do you believe so?" Quote

Well someone think it is a possibility. They noticed some coincidences and wanted to be sure. For the "poaching" it is mostly just my over active imagination, I got no such proof that any one wants to recruit him. ... Now that you mentioned it I should think of a reason to see the guy. You think he could do something with MILES here? /// Now you want to up grade me. The last time you did it without my knowledge. Plus, you did have help with Roderick. I don't think this is much different... Quote

Of course, we get a lot of visitors to Knothole this time of year. Family, friends, people from some of the neighbouring communities: it's always packed. Not that it's a bad thing! I actually quite like the Harvest Festival. It's always so festive and everyone's in a merry mood!" "That's what I'd suspected", Yelana thought to herself. "It won't start for awhile, but if you wanted to speak to an organizer to sign up, one should be there." Yelana nodded absentmindedly. "Thanks. . . " Yelana walked away from the bakery, initially towards the field where the marksmanship contest was to take place. She stopped; "Six months ago?", she thought, "Way too much of a coincidence, and with those amateur mercs around. . . Ah, screw it.". She turned and began walking purposefully towards Mr. Fix-It's workshop, keeping an eye on the crowds as she did. OoC: Spoiler Perception check. Quote
