Awesome tribute! Hope the ship has a new colour scheme, preferably green or red :excited:

There needs to be a lightning bolt design on this ship somewhere

Absolutely! I don’t think the Milano or the Benatar referenced the respective singers beyond the name, but with Bowie they have to incorporate that somewhere!

Wonder what the story reason will be for yet another change in ships. Hopefully not another crash landing :head_back:

Rumour is with empire magazine images releasing as well as funko pops for ant-man and the wasp Quantumania being leaked and released…will we see the set reveal soon? End of november or start of december?

With the Ant Man set being $35 and these new funko pops releasing what is a likely guess for the number of figures and the build? I would guess 3 maybe four figures with Ant Man, Wasp (Hopefully a new helmet mold), and Kang with maybe Cassie as the fourth figure and I would really like to see another brick built modok

I'm keeping expectations low. I'll say ant-man, wasp, and Kang, and even then I'm not super confident we get a modok build.

Now... We know we'll be 10000% seeing Kang in minifigure form by at latest 2025. We don't know for certain where Cassie will next appear in costume. But now we've seen the leaks of the first wave of Funkos, Cassie's absence (which is certainly unusual as the character we haven't officially seen yet appears amongst the bobbleheads) does make me worry the set will skip her

a new ship is very interesting!  I wonder if we will have Infinity Saga sets for the Guardians, I'm still waiting for Ego and a version of the Collector for poor people 😛

FYI the ship is in the trailer for the holiday special. It looks kind of like the Grandmaster's ship, but double barrelled, and it kind of "splays" out like the Milano does

Pictures of Funko's next No Way Home wave are circulating online... maybe we will actually get some LEGO sets next year. I hope we do. I don't think it's too late and Spider-Man will always sell regardless, so I hope LEGO has something coming.

Feels odd the lack of January Marvel reveals, maybe we'll have to wait till they get uploaded to the Lego site around December.

I think 4 figs: antman, wasp, cassie, kang brick built modok. If not 4 then i think leave out cassie.

Personally I'd go Ant-Man, Wasp, Kang and a brick-built Modok build. Though I do think it's also an option they hold off on Kang until CMF series 2 OR Secret Wars and either give us Cassie or just do Ant-Man, Wasp and Modok depending on how hard inflation is hitting these sets and what scale Modok is.

Let the NWH toys come

June/July 2023 maybe, but more realistically if they are happening then 2HY 2023. I think if The Marvels set releases in January then they would be foolish not to do some legacy wave in 2HY to fill the gap.

Lizard and Sandman aren't present.

Which means that if we'll get a set someday, it might include just three Spider-Men and three villains.

Lego could have been provided concept art that likely would show Sandman. Sandman would not necessarily require a figure as opposed to a brick-built structure. If necessary anyone wanting Sandman can just use the version from 76114 or 76178. I think Lizard just won't happen. Even in the movie he felt like a last minute addition, I believe at one stage they were going to have a multiversal Mysterio instead of him so Doctor Strange would have someone to fight.

I'd still lean to 3 sets though, if we get any, probably with an 'inspired by' logo.

  • Tom (Iron Spider) Repeat figure Vs Doc Ock
  • Tom (Black Suit) Repeat Figure & Andrew Vs Electro
  • Tom (Final Battle) Repeat Figure & Tobey Vs Green Goblin

Edit: With potential for supporting figures/side characters depending on scale of sets.

Sony announced a Silk show for Amazon Prime. I’m thinking we can see her around then and add another to the spidey lego family

It'd probably wind up being like how they handled Spider-verse, Venom, Morbius and Carnage where Lego would use the popularity to make comic-inspired sets featuring the character or generally focused on more comic style depictions.

Given the Funko wave, I think we’re definitely getting Kang instead of Cassie

Found a first look leaked poster for the Marvels (@mcu.amaze), Ms Marvel's costume looks better than it did in the filming photos, though her shoulders/arms feel a bit too over-detailed. As it's unlikely to see the stretchy arm torso return for her MCU figure, I hope they can at least print the bangle

Monica's suit looks incredible! I'm still puzzled as to why we desperately needed her basic outfit from WandaVision (when we knew she'd be getting an outfit here) over the greatly missed Agatha, USAgent, Zemo, Infinity Ultron and Strange Supreme. At least we know USAgent will be coming eventually, Zemo's next appearance is unknown and Agatha won't appear unless CMF 2 covers her show

I wouldn't be mad if we get NWH sets and there's no Sandman figure, he would just be similar enough to his 2019 figure (though I get it's been a few years, not everyone might have it). Would be cool to see a brickbuilt figure though

Lizard however is a must for LEGO. Both he and Electro been skipped in the comic sets long enough, he shouldn't be skipped in the movies too

Honestly I think either way I wouldn't mind, my only ask of this set, is Wasp is done to the same quality as Ant Man has in the past, with either the same Ant Man/Firefly helmet, or something new if the budget could be stretched to make a single new helmet for the both of them (or three if counting Cassie)

In my opinion, the battle over the statue of liberty served a perfect D2C on the proverbial silver platter.  Lego can insert all the characters with a single context, and take advantage of all their characteristics with infinite game functions.  I still think it would be crazy not to exploit it

Alternatively, I can imagine 3 sets: battle with Doc Ock on the bridge, battle with Electro and Sandman at the light poles, and battle on the miniature statue with Lizard and Goblin.

A $10 "Headquarters" so a figure and a weapon rack basically...

Also, only $35 for what I presume will be the Bowie seems extremely low.

Very odd.

The recent Black Panther $10 set had 2 figures so it could be similar to that set
