Honestly, it's a mess.

The plot still isn't clear, the characters act like there idiots, Kate, while charismatic, doesn't seem to grow in any way, it looks terrible visually, the action is horrible, too many characters stuffed into it (half the episodes end on a "look, a new MCU character" type of cliffhanger)

So its a Marvel movie then

Interesting how people can have such differing opinions on these things, I personally find Hawkeye to be the most enjoyable show so far. Though I guess my excitement got a bit of a headstart by already being a fan of Hawkeye :shrug_oh_well:

I also really enjoyed the show. I think it’s been one of the best series yet. The intro to Echo was excellent. There were a lot of nods to my favorite Hawkeye comic as well. Makes sense considering Matt Fraction was a consulting producer on the show.

One of my favorite aspects of No Way Home is that I LOVE Green Goblin's new costume. It's so comics-accurate, and I can't wait to get it in Lego form.

I also love Green Goblin’s costume and its accuracy to the comics. Hope we get it in Lego form as well. If not, I’ve seen some excellent customs made out of official Lego pieces on Instagram.

Bruh, that's kinda pathetic.

Yeah it really is. Quality control has been getting noticeably worse since roughly 2018 but this is probably an all-time low.

And people were saying that we don't need a new Scarlet Witch minifigure for ITMoM

I know right? That's such a beautiful costume, this is probably the closest we can get using existing parts:

I'd just use plain red legs tbh, you can see she has red boots.

Yeah I see that now, made this fig purely by memory after seeing the teaser in theatres.

Kinda surprised they released the same exact teaser now, and so soon. It hasn't even been a week (at least for US).

I was also a little surprised they didn't add anything to the teaser other than the Marvel logo and the movie's title at the end. But regardless I'm just happy I got to see this amazing teaser for the first time in a theatre last week :excited:

The new Iron Man figure looks much better in person I have to say  Oh, and the Gargantos set cleverly uses the new dish piece introduced in the Hogwarts Icons set for its sclera :classic:

Thanks for this, I actually asked about this in the 2021 thread. I suppose the piece is also trans-clear like in the pic.

Actually I think the piece is trans-yellow or something like that

After seeing the teaser and Hasbro toys for ITMoM, I am really underwhelmed by what we got from LEGO.

Scarlet Witch. Rintrah. Mordo. Clea. Defender Strange. Evil Strange.

Like come on, LEGO gave us only three characters, and chances are they'll never give us more. And if they do, I'd expect more spoiler-y characters, like the Illuminati members.

Do we have any indication of when we'll know more about the March sets? Specifically the $100 set.

There's only one March set, and one April set (unless the Hulkbuster D2C or The Infinity Saga Accessory Set comes out then).

And no, we don't know when we'll know more. Definitely soon tho.

Even if we got just one more set we could've probably crossed a new Strange variant, Wanda, Mordo and Rintrah off the list. LEGO's current MoM coverage is just embarrassing, the least they could've done is make sure the one set they did make at least included all main characters but they didn't even do that :hmpf_bad:

And the worst thing is, we knew they could do it, thanks to Hasbro.

I have no idea why they decided to just not.

Because LEGO needs to make more Square Enix Avengers sets haha

It looks like it could be from the pics, or perhaps instead, yellow pieces behind it. Very hard to tell, for me at least.

Looks like the mechs aren't the only Marvel 2022 sets with a design flaw: https://brickset.com/article/68334/possible-design-flaw-found-in-2022-super-heroes-set

I've been reading, and most speculation points to the COVID lockdown

Supposedly, they designed sets with only a software during that time, which means they never built the actual thing with physical bricks before green-lighting it

While that assumption is sound, I'm surprised no one bothered to check at any point

Also, if this is correct, it would mean we should expect more flaws like that one in this upcoming winter waves

It's indeed trans-yellow, forgot to mention that

Wow, it seems Dr Strange 2 set has a big problem and uses “illegal” technique. What’s up with LEGO quality control these days? First mechs are canceled/ delayed, now this problem with Dr Strange set. Is it even possible for them to recall this set now? It’s already showing up in some sores across the world. It just feels like LEGO doesn’t bother to physically build the set before greenlighting production. What’s happening to their quality standards?

In other news, there's a rumour about a buildable Mjolnir coming this year.

It came out during the thread lockdown period, so it was kinda forgotten, but Brick Clicker reminded me about it today. Seeing as he's a reliable source, I guess it confirms this rumour.
