What do you think is most likely and when do you think we could hear something at the earliest? - Gringotts (as a stand alone set to add to DA, this price would be about right) - Durmstrang Ship remake - Grimmauld Place - Quidditch Pitch (a bigger better QP) to go along with the popular theory of a Quidditch player accessory pack. - 2nd task remake (bigger, with all hostages) Didn't the Tonks hairpiece leak some time ago? Or was that another fake leak? Either she doesn't really fit in any of the other sets so Grimmauld Place seems most likely to me. Quote

I would gladly take any of the possibilities you put forth - minus a Quidditch Pitch - but I would guess the Durmstrang Ship would be most likely. No idea when we'll hear about it. Quote

Several leakers/sites have listed it as a playset and, unfortunately I’ve got my hopes up on that piece of information 😅 If that turns out to be false, well…there’s still the MoM and Shrieking Shack. Obviously, we don’t know for sure that it’s for Tonks for sure yet, but there’s no other licensed character that it could theoretically be for at the moment, and I personally don’t think that Lego would choose that specific color/style combo for a random City or Friends character. So fingers crossed that that means we’ll see Grimmauld Place this summer. Quote
evanevanevan Posted March 20, 2022 Posted March 20, 2022 What would everyone's top 10 LEGO Harry Potter sets be from 2018 on? I want to compile the answers to find the most popular set. Mine are: Burrow Privet Drive Diagon Alley Rise of Voldemort Polyjuice potion mistake Astronomy Tower Hagrid's Hut Clock Tower Great Hall Chess It's hard to make a top 10! But these are all practically perfect sets imo. D2C Hogwarts Castle barely got the chop for me, even though I could see an argument for it being #1! Quote

Vindicare Posted March 20, 2022 Posted March 20, 2022 This rumor about Gringotts has me a bit puzzled. Two buildings & a dragon. That means a few options are possible. The second building is Leaky Cauldron & both buildings are 32x32’s. Or they stuck with the 16x32 & we’re getting another shop. Because Gringotts couldn’t(shouldn’t) be a 32x32 & the second shop be a 16x32 because then we’d have a gap on one side, in the preferred layout. Quote

On the subject of Grimmauld place, I was sort of thinking it probably could be done pretty well at like a 100 dollar price point based off of that Sanctum Sanctorum showdown set. The apartment half of the building is probably about 50 dollars on its own, so adding another story, making it a bit deeper on the back and giving it more of a front, and a transforming method could really make it look pretty solid at how much we’re assuming it costs. I think that Rumor was fake, didn't really see any credible sources talk about it, just some new accounts on Instagram. 6 hours ago, Brickroll said: Wait, where did you see this? I just hope they can come up with a play feature to make it appear between two other "buildings" or facades more likely. I'm not sure Grimmauld place on it's own would really look too interesting for kids to buy. Quote

A friend sent it to me from a “professor_brickman” on Instagram. As to your Grimmauld Place, yes, yes, yes! I’ve been been saying that for awhile now. The Sanctum is a great set that would translate well to GP. They’ll have it open backed, so that could dedicate more parts to the exterior, interior, or both. Quote

karrit Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 Haven't gotten the Hospital Wing yet so as of now: 1) Diagon Alley 2) Great Hall 3) Hogsmeade Village Visit 4) Chamber of Secrets 5) Astronomy Tower 6) Clock Tower 7) Whomping Willow 8) Attack on The Burrow 9) Hogwarts Express 10) Moments Herbology I haven't built the Icons Set, Chess set or Hogwarts Trunk yet. Don't own Hedwig, Fawkes or Hogwarts Castle (not into microscale but the set looks awesome). No interest in the Art Set or Brick Heads or the Big Figs. Quote
RichardGoring Posted March 21, 2022 Posted March 21, 2022 1. Hogwarts microscale 2. Great Hall 3. Diagon Alley 4. The Burrow 5. Astronomy Tower 6. Hogsmeade 7. Magical Trunk 8. Chamber of Secrets (but mostly because of the great alt build as the bar for the 2018 Great Hall) 9. Icons (which I won't get, but I appreciate it and that others enjoy it) 10. Hogwarts Express Quote
