What's bugging me in the Pyroraptor set is the fact that it doesn't have it's claws nor teeth printed, but the Dilophosaurus right next to it does. They look really weird in comparison.

I suppose although, I also collect mattel jurassic world figures and i am grateful for what lego provides in terms of quality (to an extent haha), would you prefer it had painted teeth and claws but no blue highlights?

eh, I mean I'll take anything but yeah i do feel like we are missing some actual terrain builds, structures etc. and i don't think i would count the t rex set since that isn't a pickup truck like the others but i understand why Lego has made so many pickup trucks, since the dinosaurs are in the wild and I'm pretty sure Trevorrow has stated a couple times that there will be poachers etc so with some of the 'guards' they look a bit, unprofessional if that makes sense, i mean that they aren't all working for a single corporation and more or less just random people catching the prehistoric creatures. Reminds me of breaking bad a little haha

Can someone please tell me what are colors on each dinosaurs? I already know the colors on Dilo, Pyro and Trike.

Blue and ‘baby blue’ are light grey with dark blue and yellow printing.

quetzalcoatlus is white, with what looks like dark tan wing markings and grey and orange beak, and a blue crest.

small raptor looks like it’s tan with orange on the back, with pattern printed in dark orange

T Rex is tan with dark tan on the back, as well as dark brown printing for body pattern 

 

(the dark tan *might* actually be the new brown colour, hard to tell in the pics)

Bricklink? eBay? I doubt these dinosaurs would be available on B&P since they are from licensed theme.

I’m loving these reveals, my only disappointment has been this makes two times I think I’ll see the Lego Giga and each time I have to wait - I really want to see what colours and new pieces it has! My expectations have only been raised by seeing the other dinos so I hope I’m not setting myself up for disappointment… 

Also I love the accurate Blue figure, ever since I saw her looking so grey in Camp Cretaceous I’ve been really hoping Lego delivers

Gotta say I'm pretty excited about the Quetzalcoatlus, though I am disappointed that it can't stand quadrupedally, as we saw in the first 5 minutes clip. It also looks awfully light, I would have preferred it being tan or lbg. In the trailer, it looks like only the body is a stark white, the neck and wings seem darker. I particularly like the new smaller movie-accurate raptor design, I'm expecting to see that used in plenty of mocs as the JP and JPLW raptors, just as the LEGO Dino Coelophysis has been used as a raptor. The colors on Blue are better, but I still hold my position that it should be dark grey. The Beta figure looks cute! Not sure how many of these I'll be picking up, if any, but I think they're fun, and a good batch of sets!

I got to say, I don't think there are enough trucks. 

LEGO couldn't add some snow mobile or some trees or anything really besides more trucks? I know there is a lot of traveling in the movie because they have to make up for the lame disappointment of the last film and tie 30 years of story together, but sheesh. At least the plane and quetzalcoatlus looks decent and is 'cheap'.

That's not it. It will release over a month before the movie anyways, so it's not like they can hide it.

Oh no, looks like I’m going to have to wait longer to see that Giganotosaurus 

The only other animals I’m interested in seeing now are Dimetrodon and Therazinosaurus and I think that some of the other sets won’t come with a new Dino, just recolours

According to the leakers, 6 'normal' sets are going to be revealed in about 5 hours, I am getting way too optimistic with all those new moulds (therizinosaurus plsss).

I mean why do folks around here think the sets are mainly done for people who get every set every year? Maybe they are more produced for kids who buy 1-3 sets.

Same thing with Marvel mechs - if TLG does a super childish design and rereleases it with a few minor changes every year, why assume it is for us? UCS and diorama sets are clearly made for older consumers, these sets aren't. Worst case one could get single-dinosaur action figures anyway, which are cheaper, more poseable and more accurate.

Pyroraptor has a stud on it’s back. If you look at the product punctures, specifically the one where the kid is holding it, you can just about make out a stud. I’m pleased about this because I was disappointed when I first saw the rendered Dino without studs.

Yes this has already been said earlier in the conversation. it's strange that lego makes such a glaring mistake.

Not a first tho haha. Also apparently in like 2 hours 6 more sets will get revealed!!! Thats crazy!! I love it haha, I suppose you guys don't have much more time to guess what the sets will be, I will guess that we might get a new Gallimimus.
