I don't really like cheese, but I like the comté and the Gruyère, yeah yeah.. I Know, I'm french and living in switzerland but I don't really appreciate cheese ^^ ( but I LOOOOVVEEE fondues! :wub: )

Well I have tried some of these recently. Peccorino was nice and smoked cheese is cool too!

Wow, I just remembered we got a Fondue set for our Wedding and still haven't used it 7 years on!

I made my Lego cheese Brick today... but I ate it before I could take photos!

Dam cheese for being so tasty!

I'm not a very big cheese fan, but I'll list what I like.

1) Mozzarella. The real type, not processed and shredded. :tongue: Unfortunately, there aren't too many companies that make good real mozzarella here in the U.S...

2) Paneer. It's an Indian cheese and I love it in curry! :thumbup:

3) Feta. Really good in Greek salad.

4) Queso Fresco. A very nice Mexican cheese, which is good for crumbling over things.

I quite like this thread! :tongue: We need to have one for other foods as well. :grin:
