Dark Sword Ragnarok Posted September 21, 2008 Posted September 21, 2008 Mmmm, goat cheese. Great with some plain cheese crackers. And for sandwiches, Swiss. Yes, I am American. Leave me alone. At least I don't eat American cheese. Bleagh. DSR Quote

Raven Brickroft Posted November 1, 2008 Posted November 1, 2008 Gruyere... yummy gruyere... Cream cheese too. Mozzarella, brie.... so many cheeses... Quote
Erdbeereis Posted November 2, 2008 Posted November 2, 2008 I'm not a very big cheese fan, but I'll list what I like. 1) Mozzarella. The real type, not processed and shredded. Unfortunately, there aren't too many companies that make good real mozzarella here in the U.S... 2) Paneer. It's an Indian cheese and I love it in curry! 3) Feta. Really good in Greek salad. 4) Queso Fresco. A very nice Mexican cheese, which is good for crumbling over things. I quite like this thread! We need to have one for other foods as well. Quote
