Darth Bjorn Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 (edited) *Your entry has earned 18 XP* Months had passed since Lord Hassat had returned, and claimed his family estate on Galidraan. Ever since the collapse of the Empire, the remaining noble houses of Galidraan had been fighting each other for the right to rule. A fight Lord Hassat had no intention of taking part in. His attention was elsewhere, offworld. He would deal with Galidraan later. Agent Ira: Lord Hassat. We've accessed the third imperial vaults, and found lots of mandalorian armor. Enough for an entire army. I'm guessing it's been stored there since the Battle of Galidraan? Lord Hassat: Make sure this doesn't get out. And get the armor offworld. Somewhere secure! Agent Ira: Understood. TC-4: My L-l-lord. The g-g-guests*ttzzz* have arrived and are wait*...*ing in the Foyer Hall. Lord Hassat: Let them wait. Sometime later... Lord Hassat: We're ready to begin the next phase. Each of you have received a code cylinder with information instrumental to the society's plans. Do not let us down. /// A little peek into one of Lord Eniro Hassat's many office chaimbers. I was going for a medieval old german castle feeling, like wolfenstein etc. Below are a few more shots. Let me know what you think. Spoiler Another angle... Almost picturesque... The assembled high lords of the Stygian Caldera Society... Edited January 7, 2022 by goatman461 Text formatting Quote
shockwave_bricks Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 Love this build! Something different to your previous mocs, but great nonetheless Quote
RocketBoy Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 Love it, very Wolfenstein. I'd say you nailed that for sure. I see those two cardo helmets, you rich Scandinavian you. 🤪 If I had to give any feedback, it's that I'd love to see some of the close, claustrophobic sort of castle vibe, maybe a wall and door disappearing into a dark corridor, set at an angle. But I also respect the "floor/wall" template, I've been doing that a lot recently too. Quote
TheRiddlersMind Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 this is incredible @Darth Bjorn love the details. Quote
Stuartn Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Great build, the chima wolf head piece is genius employment of the piece, and great detail overall Quote
Brickwolf Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Excellent build (as always ). Truly iconic for the SCS. Quote
Professor Thaum Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 Very nice one, the moutain background is well thought. The overall is really good. The floor, the chandeliers are great, but the 3 windows steal the show. Spoiler Special mention to the bearskin too Quote
Darth Bjorn Posted January 4, 2022 Author Posted January 4, 2022 Thanks guys! The bearskin has been on the to-do for some time - I really wish lego had an original skin cloth-piece. 10 hours ago, RocketBoy said: I see those two cardo helmets, you rich Scandinavian you. 🤪 If I had to give any feedback, it's that I'd love to see some of the close, claustrophobic sort of castle vibe, maybe a wall and door disappearing into a dark corridor, set at an angle. Yeah, this was originally just a backdrop for SCS characters, but I felt it was important to the storyline too. I may need to explore other parts of the castle - you've inspired me. Quote
starwarcam Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 Anyone who sees this instantly regrets not buying the buildable TIE pilot helmet. Quote
n1majneb Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 This is a perfect vignette capturing a moment in the daily politics of the SCS! So much to take away from this, the wall and loose floor, the window design, the rug, the candelabra's, the Beskar- BESKAR! Revenge! Really like this build, Quote

That imperial emblem has such potential! 3 hours ago, n1majneb said: loose floo Actually each 1x2 tile is placed on a round 1x1 - its not loose Quote
n1majneb Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 Ah perfect - it really adds to the distressed floor/cobble look! Quote

Spud The Viking Posted January 7, 2022 Posted January 7, 2022 Superb build - I love the castle feel! Personally, I like a few studs still on the floor to break it up a bit. Quote
