mutley777 Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 My Republic Fleet. Thanks to the Tesco 3 for 2 deal! Quote
ILikePi Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Wow, three Venators?! Thanks for sharing those pics! When together, they look like those fleets from the Clone Wars TV series! Quote

CommanderFox Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 (edited) Thanks ILikePi! I actually have another one still unopened. Really Mutley you sure do tend to go extreme alot of the time with Lego Could we see more pics of the fourth one when you have built it? And also any others that you might get when there 'on sale' Nice fleet! I wish i could have the money to get so many of each set... CommanderFox Edited November 21, 2009 by CommanderFox Quote
thespurs200708 Posted November 21, 2009 Posted November 21, 2009 Sweet. They look impressive side by side. I was tempted by the 3 for 2 offer at Tesco too, but I already have one and I had to pay out £290 for my USC Falcon. I'm hoping to get 2 or 3 more Republic Attack Gunships in the new year and a few Separatist Spider Droids to get a proper battle scene going on. Quote
RileyC Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 3 venators! They do look really great as a fleet and the shot really makes me want to buy one now but alas I must save for the better sets coming out new year. A 3 for 2 deal thats really great though I wouldve got 3 different sets myself. Quote
KimT Posted November 25, 2009 Posted November 25, 2009 I've only got one Venator and it's still MISB. One day Mutley you should layout your entire collection and do some pics. Might be hard since it looks like you need a soccer stadium to display them all. Quote

Maybe Mutley you should hire out a shop and do a massive display! *here kids this is what you can accomplish when you torture your mums to buy Lego for you!* I wish NZ would do 3 for 2. Id buy afew of the cheap sets then get the most expensive one for free. CommanderFox Edited November 26, 2009 by CommanderFox Quote

CommanderFox usually the free item has to be equal or lesser value than the most expensive item you are buying. So people cant rip them off like what you stated CommanderFox Quote
Legoman Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 NZ fella's: The current BOGO 60% off at K-mart is basicly equal to BTGO free. But not threadcrapping: Nice mutley. I would too like to see a full pic of your lego, but I don't know how you'd do it I have seen pics before on your BS, but a more recent version would be awesome. Quote
mutley777 Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 I would love to get all my lego out and built, but i think i would need to hire out a village hall to put everthing on display! With my 425 star wars sets, my big MOC's and armies, i am afraid my present house is not up to the scale needed. Ironically if i spent less money on lego i probably could afford a bigger house!(kidding ) But i think we all know that will never happen. Quote
Sisco Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 This is what I like to call Doing a lot with little Full Display Yes, I know, 3 different factions all mixed together. I don't have many generic figs, so this is what I came up with. Sigfig Named John after my late grandfather, who loved to build with me. RIP. Minifigs Quote
CommanderFox Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 Nice little army there cralegoboy Also Welcome to EB! CommanderFox Quote
CloneCommanderDelta7 Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 Tis okay, I have a pretty small army too, but they are mostly unofficial sets, so MOCCED that Lego can't even call them their designs anymore. Too tire to deeplink sorry, so check my signature for links to Flickr and Brickshelf. Note that Flickr is my flagship and Brickshelf just holds the older photos. Quote
KimT Posted November 27, 2009 Posted November 27, 2009 You guys! come on! just build it even if your wife or space doesn't allow you to. I agree! I'd love to, but all of it is stoved away in the attic. I've got a MISB UCS MF, Tantive IV, Venator, UCS 10188 DS and a few more just waiting for me to have time to build them. The rest has been photographed before gentle storing. Pics that are now almost gone after a HD breakdown and the current break-down of Brickshelf I might have to start over Quote

cole Posted November 30, 2009 Posted November 30, 2009 Alright, took pictures of all my LEGO, this is when it's all put away, it's usually way messier than this. The photos are links to the Flickr pages were I've added notes for most of the stuff. Quote

I guess that still makes up quite a large chunk of my sets though. I only really seriously started buying multiples of sets around 2006. Quote
