Big Cam Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Very colorful indeed, I wish the pictures weren't so small though, I'm having a hard time seeing some stuff. Quote
fenris Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 it somehow really looks cool... i'd love to see bigger pictures!!! Quote
pedro Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 Superb collections lads! I am also the owner of a lonesome blue SBD... the clips on his counterpart's legs broke. I wish I had a room with shelves where I could dsiplay all of mine. I've got a lot of my display at work - I fortunately lots of shelf space there - while I'm working on creating more shelf space at home. Quote
klausunion Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 made my yearly update today... running out of space... http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=419681 Quote
BlueDragonZ Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 (edited) I've got a Sandcrawler, Tantive, Home One and the UCS Falcon all still to build but nowhere to put them! Nice impressive collection you got there. I'm currently encountering the same problem with you. I don't have enough spaces to display (and keep dust off) all of my lego. The only way I can make sure all of them keeps dust away is by putting them all together in the cabinet, but then it wouldn't really be display and would just look like trash. ZueriHB Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 As I have another hobby which consumes a lot of my free time, it also uses space, so LEGO and Videogames have to share. I bring to you: The Battle of NintenHoth: Also as I'm a train fan too: The Imperial Night Express: Ok, it's more of a Separatist's Army Mover & Jail, but it sounds better. Or just stacking them on top of each other: The KimT Method (old): Quote
legolandia Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Klausunion, what is that long and thin blue and gray ship standing next to general Grievous? Is it a custom? Never seen it before. Quote

I assume your talking about this pic. It's the Malevolence from the Clone Wars. Lego released instructions for it. They were available through wining the Quest for R2 game. You can get them easily here: here. Quote
sok117 Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Someone actually built it, well I'll be a monkeys uncle. Would you mind posting more pics of it? Quote
CommanderFox Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Someone actually built it, well I'll be a monkeys uncle. Would you mind posting more pics of it? Search thru his Huge BS folder and you'll find some great pics of it. ZueriHB you have a nice little army there. I like how you store your BDs in the train. Maybe retake some of those shots though, as they are quite grainy. CommanderFox Quote

Will have to buy the parts from Lego shop first. It's just going to be a nightmare to count all the different bricks needed. It would have been nice if Lego had included a brick inventory with the instructions. PS: Managed to write down a brick inventory for the Malevolence. Have bought most of them from Lego shop however struggling to find some of them. Anyone knows where I may be able to buy lego bricks please? I apologize in advance if this is slightly off topic. RoryoCox Posted February 16, 2010 Posted February 16, 2010 Yesterday I managed to buy a display case from www.kijiji.ca for $150.00. It was a great deal in my opinion and I'd really like to share it with you guys.I've also made a brickshelf folder so I can deeplink images. I managed to fit about half of my opened collection in it so it is quite a large size. It is about 6 feet long, 4 feet high and a little over 2 feet deep. Because of its its depth I wasnt't able to fit my Millenium Falcon or Gunships. I'll add a few more pictures of my collection later. Thanks for looking. Your collection is absolutely amazing. I can't get my head over it. I am absolutely speechless, well done for compiling such a vast collection. P.S. That is a great way to display a collection. Quote
