Here's my question. How do you like building your layout on the floor? I have a large floorspace as well that I was planning to use for a layout; however, I am going to build an elevated platform/table first. I'd be concerned with damage and dirt if mine were on the floor. Just wondering your thoughts (and anyone else's) on floor versus table/platform.

Why be jealous about my streetplates, most of them are little or heavly yellowed? One a few good ones :sweet: . If someone wants them, they can be sold  .

I've chosen to put the cafe corner this way, cause I want all 3 big buildings beside eachother. It takes a lot of room and if put those in the middle of layout, they would dominate too much.

I've chosen to put everything on the floor, cause my roof is like this: /\ and not like this | |. If i use tables, it costs space. Which means less lego to show off :vader: ....... With the damage: I've to look carefully where I walk at and some space's are chosen to be empty. You need to be atletic to move around my layout yes..... With the dirt: everything is at my attic (less dirt then in livingroom) and I'm gonna look for a small smart wireless vacuumcleaner in near future.

Thx for the reactions :sweet: .

I made some new pic's form my layout. Now it's almost time to connect all those wires. Here you can see the controlpanel  (I'm jealous about myself  ):

Before I forget, my plan for this layout how it's build now. So you can see how it is.
