Guys i get that you mostly want to give advice to @brunojj1 but first it's stated that he should not tell others what they should do or not do. Yet several now tell him how he should behave, what he should do. Sounds pretty unfair to me.

It's said that he accepts an "ambadassor" role, well he designs sets for cada so yes i would assume he got a better contact to them than most. And if you're proud of your work for a not so little company such as Cada, you are free to state that and also maybe use your better contact to help others. Cada nor him(at least i did not read about it) officially stated that brunojj is and official speaker of Cada. So the community did their part pushing him a bit in that role aswell.

Closing..think this won't lead anywhere

This isn't a valid comparison. My original post and @nerdsforprez 's was all about advice. Professional conduct is skill just like anything else and when you see someone potentially damaging their personal and cada brand, offering advice seems a decent thing to do.

My intention wasn't to tell @brunojj1 what to do and equally i'm sure @nerdsforprez was simply hoping to explain, very eloquently, the pitfalls of his current approach.

Interestingly I also nearly mentioned @Sariel and how his online attitude has damaged his brand. Its a very valid comparison.

His 'role' as an ambassador may not be official but thats not relevant as perception is reality. Its a role he embraced - and rightly so - and everyones perception is that he is an ambassador.

I wish him all the best, its a wonderful oppertunity, but he needs to understand how 'stuff works'... and being emotional and stroppy will spoil this oppertunity he has. A solid apology for a 'bad day' would get things back on track but needs to respond like a professional adult asap. I hope he does and maximises this oppertunity as he's a very talented builder and i'd like to see him suceed.

My 2c: some people march to a different beat. Such types may or may never conclude that it's better (or at least easier) to follow the regular beat, but they'll need to decide it for themselves and any amount of persuading is unlikely to tip the balance. If anything, more persuasion can generate even more push-back.

So hopefully it's enough said, and let's get back to the bricks.

Bruno has asked me to share a fix sheet from CaDA for anybody who received incorrect or mismatched worm gears: https://bricksafe.com/files/brunojj1/stuff/C61503W-thread-installation.pdf

For the mechanism to operate as intended you need the reverse-threaded (relative to LEGO) worm gears from CaDA, so step one is to contact customer services and request them - they will be provided FOC. Of course that will take some time to arrive which might be annoying, but the rest of the job seems relatively painless.

I never got why CADA is in this very forum ... there will be reasons.

Because they start producing very interesting sets for adults, cooperate with designers and pay for the MOC?

Please allow me to add that on a forum that allows posting in English only, with many participants to whom English is a second (or third) language, misunderstandings can and will arise. Even the best translator can make mistakes, whether it's a person or a computer.

Apologies if this has already been answered before, but is it possible to connect more than one CaDa remote/hub pair in a single model for 8 RC functions? Or is there interference between the radio channels?

Surely it is possible, you can see it was tested here:

Yeah, sure, if these are the reasons for qualifying to appear on an otherwise rather strict forum regarding other brands making bricks or sets.

I never said I don't like, I said I don't get it, as a) there is the Community Forum and b) the topic popped-up out of nowhere, if I remember correctly. And as a generally curious individual asking/thinking too many times "why" (they hate this questions during any kind of exam :pir-laugh:), it just pops in there, from time to time. That's all there is to it. I am very happy with your suggestion, makes absolutely sense.

Best regards,
Thorsten

The first sketch of the last Axles is done. And yes, all of these tires are in the set.

I'm excited for your upcoming CADA set. Is DBG the final color? If so, then my money for the A-model is on a military 8X8 truck, perhaps a MAN SX or KAT1? I like the scale and I'm curious about the functions it will have. As the song goes "If you like, put a crane on it" so I'm hoping for a recovery truck version:

We can always welcome another Oshkosh M1070 or something similar made out of bricks :sweet:

Since the B-model looks like the Oshkosh M1070, I think than the A model is likely to be a Derry Special 15C-177 Oshkosk HEMMT. @efferman Any idea when the reveal might be?

This is exciting. Watching th8s like the release of Lego flagship.

Right?

But we {internet-} know the designers which, even if they are signed to secrecy, adds another layer of excitement to it.

:thumbup::thumbup:

I have said this before on this and other threads. I own the LaFerrari and Centenario.  I don't see myself ever buying a LEGO UCS  supercar again.

We'll see how other sets go. But for me, CADA is very exciting.

I also trying make special set for cada. After short searching, seems like no one make this as technic RC model. Only I can found is speed champion moc and static brick-built mocs.

Use - 2 buggy motor for drive, 1 servo for steering. I use old PF plug version of motor and battery but if use current C+ like plug, need one splitter. I also considering add light here but I don't know if the original vehicle used lights.

Scale - looks like 1:10. Not 1:8.

Color - White outside, Blue interior.

Yes. Based on the information I knew and the AMG ONE parts list, I did not use parts that were not made by CADA. Chassis is done and driveable now I need to make bodywork.

One problem is, does CADA make wheels with the same offset and size as TLG's land rover wheels?

@msk6003 like this?

https://decadastore.com/products/lp700-sports-car-c63004w

They have various tyres for that size, from the Goliath, Hum-Vee, Telehander, and farm tractor.

I use 42125's wheel-tire combination. 68.8x36 tire and 56x34 landrover wheel. I know CADA made 68.8x36 tire(which I already use) but I don't know they make lendrover wheel. normal 56x34 wheel's offset is little different. As far as I know 1 stud difference

Maybe someone has paper instructions for the Cada С61049 (mini Pista)? I'm interested in the parts list. If it's not too much trouble, post a photo of the last pages. Unfortunately, instructions for this model were never published on the offsite.

@BrickMonkeyMOCs Thank you! Production of the V3 is scheduled to start in December. The V3 will include all my proposed fixes and I recommend buying directly from the official CaDa store to guarentee ordering the newest version. No need for Lego wave selectors - CaDa's solution works equally well. My original dashboard design requires very specific bionicle pieces which were not versatile enough for them to add two new molds, that is why the CaDa set uses a different gauge cluster. Feel free to swap using your own inventory.

Thank you very much for this. I'm happy to wait until the December V3 version is available. Will it be made apparent on the official website when the V3 has replaced the V2 as the model being sold? Or will you need to let us know here once CaDa have made this change?

CaDA are fairly responsive on their FB group:

Sometimes they prefer to leave it a few months after release to publish instructions, however I don't think that ones a new model, so it's worth asking.

Unfortunately, it is now impossible to access Facebook from Russia - it is blocked on both sides. The model has been on sale for several months now. If it’s not difficult for anyone, please ask on Facebook for instructions or at least a list of parts for the C61049.

I hadn't realised that.

I will ask them to upload it on their homepage.
