[MOC] The Meguro river with cherry blossoms

The Meguro River (目黒川, Meguro-gawa) is a river which flows through Tokyo and is a popular spot for cherry blossom viewing in the spring.

March 27 was the Cherry blossom day (桜の日, Sakura no Hi) so a perfect day for a build featuring the Cherry blossoms.
