My vision of Bell UH-1 from Lego Technic.

The helicopter was build as a Model B for Lego 42115 Lamborghini Sian.

Dimensions
Width: 25.2 studs / 20.1 cm
Length: 122.5 studs / 98.0 cm
Height: 32.1 / 25.7 cm

Features
1) Bell/Young mechanism on the main rotor (a feature of this helicopter model)
2) Swashplate with cyclic and collective pitch control
3) Pedal control for the tail rotor
4) Synchronized cabin controls between pilots 
5) Opening doors, rear - on parallelogram levers
6) No guns=)

IMHO very unusual to make helicopter without proper rotor blades from set that has rotor blades. 

(Even if that means to make smaller helicopter)

I just watched your video on Rebrickable, and I'm very impressed with the functionality! Collective and cyclic pitch on the main rotor, plus cyclic on the tail one is very impressive, especially for a  B-model of a set without any turntables!

Looks superb alone or also beside the Sian!

It's just incredible . A helicopter with all the mechanics working properly -  is the last thing you'd expect to see as a B-model of supercar set. At the same time, the appearance is beautiful .

I've thought to use set's blades but they are very short for my big idea))

I see, I admit functionality is impressive, but making B model of a set that has rotor blades is IMHO unusual indeed

This is amazing for a MOC, for a B-model 

I would love to see a video demonstration of the functions, as well as more details of the swashplate and the control mechanism.

What makes me kind of sad - TLG does not make sets like this anymore. I would by one of those for 200 plus bucks.

I believe it’s the use of a fly bar or stabiliser, ie the little stick at an angle to the rotors.

This is beautiful. Reminds me of pattspatt helicopter from the land Rover, but this is even more elaborate, I think. Well done.

Yes, I've used his great ideas for swashplate and tail rotor

Impressive. I am biased but choppers are way cooler than supercars. Makes me wonder what I could do with the Ferrari 488?

Nothing is impossible 

Idea was taken from here and rebuilt for 42115 set. Prototype was assembled from the necessary parts, but not in color)) Thats very good one-evening build.
