Hello everybody,

we'd like to show and discuss with you our railway barrier - actually it works manual, but we plan to integrate a mindstorms sensor.

Have much fun:

for the crossing inbetween the platforms id add a chain as a barrier to prevent people from crossing the tracks when a train is coming

I think we'll go with the chain variante, but thanks for the effort.

there is a chain between the two poles. maybe ill go there wednesday and take a detailed picture as it is quite close to where i live.

No worries, I can imagine how it would look.

Thanks, the brick built streets are in general a great technique.

Sure, but I referred ro the posting of @Feuer Zug :" Your setup definitely allows for such options with the brick built ground".
