[COR-FB] A rear-admiral to the front line

With the Royal Navy heavily engaged with Lotus forces in the far east, Rear-admiral Fletcher has taken ship to Spudkirk.

Here he will raise his flag in theheavy frigate the HMS Legion, and take command of a squadron designated to hunt down Lotii forces and defend Corlander and allied shipping.
