Posted July 27, 20222 yr My entry to the "Gradient" category of the 2022 Summer Joust. And also an Historican urban legend... Noone really knows if Galder survived the encounter, to which Guild he belonged, or even if he actually existed. But anyways. This, kids, is why you shall not forget to deactivate your planar portal once you're done with today's experiment.
July 27, 20222 yr I love how you embraced this category to turn something that wouldn't normally be green into all different shades, almost makes it look like there's a strong green light from the portal or something. The minifigure is pretty fun too. Where is that goo piece from?
August 5, 20222 yr Saw this entry on Flickr a while ago - green might be my favorite color, so I loved how this turned out! My favorite part might be the dark green masonry. I was not sure how useful they would be when I first heard about them, but you put them to great use!
August 6, 20222 yr NPU thought-out! The tiles in the floor are nice but the spoiled portion is excellent.
August 14, 20222 yr Green is a great choice for this contest. Excellent use of the trans yellow-green to extend the color palette. Love the portal and the little details on the shelf, plus the hilarious expression on the guy's face! Where is the splat piece from? I don't recall it, but I've been out of the game for a couple of months.
September 1, 20222 yr Using all-green shades for an interior rather than, say, a forest, is definitely an unorthodox choice, but you completely nailed it! Dark green for the wall (didn't even know arches and masonry bricks are available in that colour) works out well, actually the whole scene checks all the boxes despite the tiny footprint. And I'm always a bit jealous of your special parts... @Kai NRG @Grover it's from this guy from Vidiyo Bandmates series 2... I swear I am NOT jealous! Edited September 1, 20222 yr by Exetrius
