Knights' Kingdom II Game Card Collection Hunt

Good Morning, Good Afternoon, and Good Evening.

A few months back I was gifted 60 Knights' Kingdom II game cards (Of which about 40 were unique). I've been absolutely hellbent on getting all 110 to the point where I reached out to the card's lead Artist, Mike Rayhawk. Bricklink has entries for the remaining cards I need (which at this point is on 18 cards), but there are none for sale and no sign of what sets they came from. I've scoured the internet for answers on these cards and it spits me out on the other end. 

Here is what I do know:

Cards 1-80 seemingly all came out in 2004 in various sets, promos, the GBA Knights' Kingdom Game, the board game, and potentially books. There may be a few exceptions, especially with cards 60-80.

Cards 80-110 came out in 2005 with books and sets. 

If anyone has ANY info on these I would love the help. I plan on adding any and all of the info I've found regarding what cards came in what set to the Bricklink entries that don't already have them.

I am currently missing cards: 5, 11, 14, 20, 29, 30, 34, 36, 38, 41, 54, 61, 63, 68, 73, and 79
