I love this and I want an entire line of capital ships in this style! It's definitely overpriced but I'd be way more willing to pay $70 for these over the helmets.

The set looks cool, but the price is awful — 70€ for a microscale model, using mostly tiny pieces, with no minifigures included? Should've been 50€, at most.

I have to agree. 630 pieces for 70 euro is already stretching it, but these are mostly small pieces, with no minifigures. The two printed pieces don't seem 'crucial' either.  I think most of us could assemble the model easily with only a small Bricklink/PAB purchase to supplement our own collection...

Wonder what this means for Jabba's Palace too.

I feel like this is the third time its set number has changed, and yet again there's nothing attached to it. No price, piece count, or set number.

If the swamp does come with rex hopefully it's a bad batch S2 set from an episode we haven't seen yet, but if it it isn't then hopefully Rex is with P2 shinies or 322nd troopers. 322nd with the new helmet would also mean an easy way to approximate a decent Vaughn, using a spare Cody visor.

I'm guessing it'll be that mystery 1083 pieces set that I thought would be skeleton crew and others were expecting was a clone gunship. I guess we'll get skeleton crew in 2024.

I'm positively surprised about the return of midi scale ships. To be honest this model looks like it's not correctly proportioned, it looks a bit too pointy. Also a bit expensive, which sucks if it's a Lego exclusive. But overall a positive development, here's to a midi ISD that takes away my regret of never picking up 8099.

As for Rex in the swamp speeder, it would be positive that TLG would put such a desirably figure in a relatively cheap set, just like they did with Phase II Rex in 75012. I just hope it won't be another 501st army builder apart from that, except if it were a Phase I set of course. I wouldn't mind that at all. And there's also the possibility of only named characters, like they did with the Bounty Hunter Battle Pack.

Oh well, we'll see. For me, this year in LSW is looking a bit better already.

The 1083 piece set is set to release in September though. I think it's far more likely to be 75357, because that is the only set we don't have a release date for.

I actually thought that Executor was the May 4th promo for a second. It looks good but not for $70. Especially since it seems to be using a lot of common parts.

Would have been a golden opportunity to finally get Admiral Ozzel too.

Executer looks fine, I agree that it should have been sloped at 1x4 instead of 1x6, but mostly because I'm thinking about starting a project that's gonna need a lot of 2x4 wedges.... Price should have been $60, but with all the price hikes recently its not exactly an outlier

Well that's another one I won't be getting, the epitome of the boring grey triangle, but I'm kind of glad when there's Gringotts coming out and Rivendell too. The set number mix up is worrying though, although people seemed to know too much about the Jabba's Palace diorama for me to think it isn't out there somewhere.

Lol so maybe the leaks weren't accurate

Leaks should definitely be pretty accurate, as previously mentioned I think 5 sets have already had number swaps by now. Lots of these other sets were corroborated by multiple sources.

Set number confusion is pretty common. Last year, the same thing happened with the Trench Run and Trash Compactor dioramas  No reason to doubt the lists just because of this

I think minifigures in fang fighter are 2 pirates and greef karga

We have a lot of newer members to this forum so I'm going to use this comment as an example of something that borders too closely on wishlisting. We try to keep this thread for set discussion. Theories and informed speculation have their part in this thread. But just wishing/thinking up some minifigures without any other proof crosses the line into wishlisting.

I get that it's a fine line and people are going to cross it every now and then. But let's try to keep the discussion to actual sets and substantiated rumors please.

Yeah. I personally won’t be getting the Executor, but it’d be hard to turn down a set like this of the Profundity.

Overall, like others have said, the proportions are a bit off, and this probably should’ve come with an Ozzel or Piett to make it a bit more worth it. It’s a cool idea for a set though, and better than the helmets. It’s Imperial so I’m not really into it at all, but I prefer detailed micro scale sets to oversized UCS sets.

Wow, well this was certainly unexpected. I really enjoy when this like this rarely happen - random reveal not leaked or rumored beforehand. Just find it fun for the community personally.
As for the SSD itself, it seems like a very nice set. Especially if those parts are all printed. I'd like to see it in person and maybe buy it at a local retailer on sale, ideally not a LEGO exclusive.
The grated tile on the display seems like an ideal spot for a figure, wish Ozzel or Piett was included.
Also, it seems rather like a GWP for the X-Wing. That would have been excellent though a little large.

Edited to denote this was not a leak, but an official reveal. Appreciation and credit noted further below in thread.

What do we actually know about the Jabba's diorama?

Was it Bossk, moulded Jabba, 1*2 brick Carbonite Han in the Mando sets style and did we know the quote?

Edit: not Bossk, Boushh
