Probably not, but you dont see it often (im not researching) when two new sets come out around the same time. They want to balance multiple entry points as far as costs in a line, while also giving a reason for people to potentially buy multiple sets. Mando is a whole other thing, but I wouldn't expect it to be the same when there are only so many sets coming this year. Maybe she shows up later, and you can't rule out future variations either! Mando's are always changing there armor!

But even if it included a skiff and sarlaac, why not just make that some large playset rather than a $600+ collectors piece? The set doesn't really make good sense anyway you spin it in my eyes at that price range.  

As I did say earlier, I agree, it's a 2024 set for sure.

This does raise one concern though. If this comes out in 2024, there will be FIVE SW sets over $600 (ATAT, Falcon, Razor Crest, Fall 2023 UCS, and Sail Barge) and SEVEN above $400 (Gunship and Cantina). I personally think Lego is completely out of pocket with all these high priced D2C lately. I guess enough people are buying them that they keep making them, but it sucks for the average consumer that cant just walk in the store and spend close to a grand on Lego. Not to mention, it is totally out of line with their mission of being a KIDS TOY COMPANY.

No but it's how it works. Sells more sets. Want a minifig? Buy this expensive set. Theres no other reason that they do this other than trying to increase their profits as much as possible.

No, if you compare it to Mando's in the 360-view, they're exactly the same, both dark pearl grey.

Maybe Bo Katan will have the new Mythosaur Shoulder pad in the Fang Fighter vs Interceptor, if she's included? It would just be an arm swap out, and she did just get the printed arm treatment.

I can't see them making another Bo-Katan variant in the same wave, and I doubt lego would have been supplied with any concept art of the pauldron or Bo-Katan with it in the first place. But I suppose anything's possible. 

 

I mantain that the Fang fighter is probably just the Mando Loyalist, a TIE pilot, and either 2 other new figs (my money would be on a mandalorian pilot and Gideon) or 4 other figs, two new and 2 being mando/grogu reuses.

Mandr is reporting that the unknown 150 dollar set is an Amazon exclusive. 
He’s also saying that the Swamp Speeder MIGHT be 27💀 and worst of all that the Mechs have been given a price hike from 14.99 to 15.99 💀

Let's be real, if you were gonna pay $15 for a mech, 1 more dollar isn't gonna change your mind. You're already paying far more than anyone ever should lmao.

I legitimately cannot think of a single mech they could make that would get me to purchase one at full price. Well...if they decided to put Rex in one... sure but... that's different. Oh or maybe Grievous. But that's mostly for the novelty of him being a brain and lungs, in what is basically a mech, in a mech.

I seriously don't understand lego's timing behind the release of all these s3 mando sets. They should have done snub fighter, spider mech, and microfighter for April 1 and the rest May 1. Especially scratching my head at the spider mech coming out in August.

It makes no sense that the Fang Fighter vs Tie Interepetor is coming out May 1st when it supposedly is based on the final episode. Like Lego and Lucasfilm do realize it’s guaranteed to leak BEFORE the official reveal and probably has a 50% chance of leaking before the episode even airs. Switching the Spider Mech and Fang vs Tie just would’ve made more sense.

Exactly, and once the Fang Figther v Tie Intercepter releases, my guess is that it'll be the coolest mando s3 set, no one will be looking to buy a spider mech from episode 2 in AUGUST. 

But yeah there have been plenty of rumors on here regarding the set that have certainly given an idea what to expect for this finale which kinda sucks but whatevr.

I get they had limited concept art, but I don't get why they didn't just wait ESPECIALLY since its coming out in August to make the mech itself more accurate, include the grievous guy, and even a cage and charge a bit more. But nothing we can change now :)
