If it's delayed, I personally don't see the point in releasing next year, after the fact of the 40th ROTJ and selling as well. However, bear with me, what if the Emperor's Throne Room has been a dud this whole time and Jabba's will take it's spot? There have been 2 of these sets in the last couple years and it always seemed a bit over the top to release it in a diorama format for the same price that it was on shelves for 2 years ago. The price and piece count would certainly make more sense for Jabba's TR. The previous 630 pc count could have been misleading since it was bound to the SSD and I always found it a bit too good to be true we'd get all of that for $70. All I'm saying is that 807 pieces and $100 seems way more appropriate for a Jabba's Throne Room set with a molded figure rather than a set that was on shelves two separate times in the last 7 years. I really hope that’s the case. Quote

Matichado Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 Here’s my prediction for each set we don’t know: 75354 will be a skeleton crew ship with 1083 pieces dont know much about the show so il live it like this probs 100$ 75357 will be a gunship (it just has to be) due to the piece count I asume it will be the movie model and my minifig guess will be an updated red and blue General Skywalker figure, Captain Rex, 4 501st troopers a pilot and 2 battle droids plus a droideka build, the gunship wouldn’t be based on any particular battle and it would be its own thing and I see most likely being the red green and white color scheme and as for the gunship it will probably be a smaller Ucs gunship tbh. 150$ for the Ahsoka sets a t6 Jedi shuttle is a no brainer for 70$ I predict the figures to be Ahsoka Sabine Wren and a spoiler minifig hopefully old man Rex if he appears in the show (it’s not a spoiler im just speculating) and ofc a ghost would be ideal too 1062 pieces I think it was? So the set would include Ahsoka, Hera Syndula, Chopper, and 2 stormtroopers and maybe Thrawn tho we don’t know if he’ll appear on the series. the Ucs set imo is very unlikely to be clone wars based so here’s my guess a home one cruiser would be absolutely fantastic and since it’s ROJ anniversary it makes a lot of sense the minifigs would be moon mothma and admiral Ackbar however a Venator is still on the table, minifigs could be: TCW Tarkin that would be sick, and a clone naval officer Quote

The UCS AT-AT released the year after the 40th anniversary of ESB. Jabba’s sail barge is rumored to release next year. Anniversaries are…loose guidelines for Lego, they could absolutely release a Jabba diorama next year. 32 minutes ago, BrickBob Studpants said: Just wishful thinking, I‘m afraid. Please, enough. It’ll be five years of 501st domination since 2020, we don’t need more after two battlepacks. Rex can show up alone in a cheaper set. Quote
Yperio_Bricks Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 Jabba's Palce was the only Lego SW set i was planning on buying this year. Twice. 70€ was a ok price for the rumored figures and molded Jabba. Seems i have to put my hope into the September sets or hope for a miracle Quote
McMurder_them_softly Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 A lot of this seems wish-listy and we don't know anything concrete at this time. I really like the new dark saber and Bo Katan, but I would rather get her in the Fang Fighter dual pack if that can happen. Don't like the build as much. Speaking of that, wouldn't it make sense for Bo to have the dark saber. If Mando had won it, then lost to this creature and Bo beat the creature, then shouldn't she have it? Seems similar to the Elder Wand with Snape, Harry, and Malfoy in HP. Oh well... Quote

I will be honest, I really want another set with more than 2 501st regular troopers the new battlepack should’ve included a regular 501st trooper, I just don’t see the logic on having specialists but not regular troopers on shelves it’s iligical besides I didn’t reach my goal on 501st troopers 1 minute ago, McMurder_them_softly said: A lot of this seems wish-listy and we don't know anything concrete at this time. Taking it from the floor when he dropped it when ambushed by a sewer cyborg is not the same as an honourable duel. Quote

Seems similar to the Elder Wand with Snape, Harry, and Malfoy in HP. Oh well... Mando doesn't lose his right to the sword since he was ambushed and trapped by a mech droid. The Rahkshi didn't beat him in an honorable duel. Likewise, Bo-Katan simply picks up the blade and doesn't actually win it in combat. It's been implied a few times now that part of the scourge of mandalore was caused by Bo-Katan not being seen as a legitimate ruler due to not winning the darksaber in honorable combat but simply accepting it from Sabine, so she's hyper-wary that she can't simply HAVE the blade, but needs to win it in honorable single combat, likely with witnesses. Oh really? Huh so then the Jabba's Palace really will be a large set? That's....interesting to say the least. I'm down. I hope Bo makes an appearance in the Fang Fighter vs TIE set too, I'd pay more to get two spaceships than one spider droid thing.
