Run through Google translate obviously, but they literally say: “We do not yet have any information about the exact appearance of the gunship and possibly other small side builds, but we can already tell you which figures will probably be included.”

Sometimes prototype sets are all white figs with hairpieces as placeholders for the finalized figs. 

Regardless, there's been a few times in The Clone Wars that Padme traveled with the shocktroopers.

I’m 100% sure some of these sets are fake. No way Lego makes Swamp Speeder with 332 clones. Just impossible, but still hope at least 1 or 2 sets are real

That is probably the most plausible one in mind

Out of the three April Fools sets, the only one that makes sense from a price/piece/minifigure standpoint is the Ghost. A future gunship is not going to have less pieces than its 2013 counterpart. And the $650 Venator has ~500 more pieces than the ISD while costing $50 less…not happening.

Well there isnt even one in the UCS so lol.

 

Also further debunking this, the Ghost has a 400 piece jump while the gunship loses 100ish pieces. If anything, I think the gunship would be the 1394 pc and the Ghost the 1083.

TBF in Mando the shocks were piloting the gunship. So it’s not unreasonable for no actual Pilots.

Actually, this part is kind of plausible. The old Ghost is absolutely tiny, and can barely fit anything in it, so if anything, I’d say a new Ghost would almost certainly need a few more parts.

 

On a different note, didn’t Promobricks just say a few days ago that there was no info suggesting a new Ghost on their stream?

One thing though: remember the guy on Reddit I mentioned recently who said a Gunship was coming? This was the minifig selection he reported.

So either Promobricks was aware of that post, this is a huge coincidence, or both parties are actually right

Yeah I agree with this. Considering the old Ghost AND old Phantom combined were around 1100 ish pieces together....this piece count for that set would make sense.

The shock troops were piloting the gunship in the Mando show...so....not necessarily enough to debunk it tbh

The YouTube channel is saying all this is real...like actually real. So idk anymore

now lego insider news posted that 160$ set is thrawn star destroyer instead of gunship. Ghost is 100$. There is bad batch set too for 130$. Ucs set is death star 2 instead of ucs venator. link

I’m definitely giving it a day, but honestly, the minifigure selection actually makes it more believable to me. The Hoth scout troopers and 187th ended up being completely real, so the out there minifig selection actually makes it feel more real to me, plus I actually do think the Venator’s piece count and price adds up. The Venator is smaller than an ISD, and it has a bunch of detailing that the ISD doesn’t have. Again, not believing anything until tomorrow, but the “leaks” actually do add up a bit
