That's wild, I never would have guessed that.

I might want Fives if Rex also releases in a cheaper set, but if they don't include Rex's arm print I won't bother. The Tantive hallways being modular sounds amazing.

I love the inclusion of Maul, if true! Seems like Lego is going all out after the somewhat criticism of the 20th anniversary line. 

Admittedly, I first heard the rumour from our good friend LifeBricks…

Yeah I was about to comment this. If I remember correctly, most of brickreporter's "rumors" are misinterpreted predictions from lifebricks, so definitely not a reliable source.

Honestly my interest in a rebels maul is largely dependent on if they are willing to make a new lightsaber mold for him or not. His outfit doesn't feel unique enough for me to feel as excited for him as the other 2 that have been leaked so far (Outside of the potential new lightsaber mold). Well I still will be happy if that does end up being true, I would have preferred to get someone like 7th Sister that we haven't got in any form yet.

This, yep. He's the one who was certain that the new battle pack had an ARC-170 and was certain that the fake Death Star leak was true, among other things. And a lot of his rumors like the Maul and ARC ones are taken from Lifebricks without credit (and without validity much of the time) to pass off as his own. He's not a reliable leaker in his own right. 

 

Going back to the topic at hand, I am curious how they are picking these figs. Would love to see more of these one-off figs, but it seems weird to have Malak and no other KOTOR items available, etc. 
Makes me wonder how many more random fig inclusions we'll see in the summer, etc.

Hmm. Assumed this would be the case. 

Y-Wing will be the most plausible. Knowing Lego though, it will be something random.

Rex’s Y-Wing has been on my wishlist since TCW’s finale, hopefully it’s something like that.

Rex's 501st Y-wing would be fantastic! Minifigs that I can see are Rex, Mandalore Ahsoka (with the T-6 headpiece and maybe mid-legs), R7-A7, and a 332nd Clone. 
About the set being random, while we did get a 332nd ISP, the commanders have all been in sets that make sense (Cody in the AT-TE, Fox in the Coruscant Guard Gunship; and even pre-redesign, Gree appeared in Kashyyyk sets).

Given that we're getting Fives in the 25A sets, I could see them including ARC Jesse in a set like this.

Fives is in an ANH set and Malak is in the Artoo model, so I doubt that we will get a TCW anniversary Minifig in a set with Rex. 🫤

Not as an anniversary fig, but just more because he was in that scene/episode. I think that'd be a cool inclusion as the "enemy" figure I suppose

I'm not the biggest fan of the Y-wing, CW or OT (but I do love the midi-scale one in the yavin set), but I can't see how they would release that rex with any other vehicle. Is there anything else he could be in? I guess we could see some bad batch sets next year and maybe he is in one of those. I would personally love a Marauder remake. Also I really hope they don't paywall the arm-printing on the figure.
