Everyone, it's called a "leak" for a reason. If the people responsible for providing the information chose to wait, that's their choice. Demanding something that's freely offered isn't going to help.

I feel like the waiting suspense itself inherently increases people's expectations somewhat. I know it does for me at least. So I advise we all keep our expectations in check and not expect too much, that way the potential emotional roller-coaster is less intense and you get to save some of your nerves

The leakers clearly know at least SOME of the sets coming out this wave though. Promobricks,Greek Bricks,Brickclicker,Mandr have all dropped hints that the wave will likely be disappointing pending the Ahsoka sets.

Even if they knew most of the sets it could be they don’t know what numbers/prices they belong to, kind of like what happened with the AT-TE last year.

Just reveal what we’re getting in that  case and we can fill in the blanks over the next few months. Like I’m open to new stuff if it means unmade things from Book of Boba,Mando,Kenobi,Bad Batch,and yes even the sequels (no TROS Palpatine is just bizarre)

Would Book of Boba,Sequels,Kenobi,mando seasons1/2 even count as new content though? Even if it doesn’t random things like a droid torture room from Jabba’s Palace,A smaller more play set based Ewok Village,Gungan City,New Podracers while not ideal would be interesting and could be cool if not done right.

I'm usually only interested in a minority of SW sets per year anyway; things like ST stuff, helmets, most dioramas and UCS just aren't my thing. So I'm used to set slots being 'taken by stuff I don't like'. I don't mind, it's good for the household finances.

But it would be hilarious if I absolutely loved those new gimmick sets.

I won’t reveal anything, I’ll leave that to the actual leakers, but I want to try and temper expectations.

Because they love the attention, and the power that comes with being one of a select few with that knowledge. Heck who wouldn’t! 

At the same time there’s other reasons, mainly to protect their reputations and followers which is fine and understandable.

For example, if they only know set names but can’t attribute that to a set number then fair enough. 

What I am not having is leakers lecturing people on this forum on how to behave, or how to communicate with them. People are perfectly entitled to demand leaks because they actually exist!

That's totally fair, but it's still pretty crazy to compare the information we had by this time last year to what we know now for Summer 2023.

We at least had basic info on the Justifier, 4+ AT-ST, Obi-Wan's Starfighter, and BD-1. Not to mention near-confirmations for the AT-TE and N-1 Starfighter.

So far this year we don't have a single solid rumor for August sets besides "probably stuff from new Disney+ shows." I think at this point a lot of us would be satisfied by even a single set confirmation, but here's hoping.

Exactly! No one is asking for all the info! We just want basic info on the sets and coming possible price points.

Honestly I’m not going to reveal anything as to not take away from actual leakers who put effort in to getting the info when I just stumbled on it by accident, wouldn’t be fair to them.
