There's a ton of OT stuff we could get that would be interesting. As others have said, a Mon Cala Cruiser. A new star destroyer would be great, it's been almost a decade. For that matter, we've never had a system SSD. A lot of people seem to want Endor sets like the bunker, too. A real Ion cannon or shield generator could be great. Been forever since the last Rancor Pit, and a Vader's TIE is overdue as well.

Interesting. Assuming this is correct (No offense but this is your first wave being leaked AFAIK, so I'm taking it with a grain of salt):

The first one is probably a recent-ish remake. My guess is a downscaled falcon or something. 

The second is interesting, as I can't tell whether you mean that people will hate on it just because it's OT (As opposed to their republic gunship with 200000 unique clone troopers set they think they're entitled too), or specifically that it's something from multiple eras and lego chose to give it OT figures. Since sequel stuff is almost universally despised that'd imply it's something that could be prequel or OT, which is... just the Y-wing I think.

An OT Y-Wing would be enraging since Captain Rex’s Y-Wing has shown up in new media multiple times+the OG TCW is a LOT now,and most importantly P2 Captain Rex is a 200+ dollar figure in need of a remake.

No offense, but this is exactly what I'm talking about. The OT Y-wing's still more well known and it's been 6+ years since the last one, but since people want rex (I do too), people would get irrationally angry if they made the OT one.

If you're curious, I spent way too long researching and writing a post about why this could be the case a few months ago in the Wislist thread (shameless self promotion ).  So at least my efforts weren't entirely wasted, I guess!

Anyway, regarding the info we're getting on the summer sets, I'm intrigued.  I know it's been said to temper expectations but now I'm more just curious than anything about what in the world some of these sets are going to be.  I have a few guesses on the smaller stuff, but these cryptic hints about the big ones have honestly led me to be more and more confused each time we get some more info.

Yup. There's a bit of wiggle room to say something like a system SSD, but this is about it. I'd love to get any of the rebel ships, but I feel like those are generally quite well-liked, so I've got no idea what these are.

I feel like the AT-AT could be safely ruled out considering both a UCS and system scale Hoth version is currently available (I know you're just listing large stuff that we haven't gotten from the OT and not saying specifically that's coming).

That said, I'm completely baffled, if it's not any of these...what the heck else is there at a $150+ price point that is OT but isn't a remake?  System scale SSD?  Yavin IV?  I truly cannot think of anything else beyond those, and I feel like the SSD would be well received, and Yavin has been requested for a very long time, so that's definitely not a "temper your expectations" set.

So if it's something that hasnt been made yet, but not something anyone was necessarily hoping for...then would it even be one of those RotJ cruisers?

The Endor landing pad and shield dish haven't been done as sets before, but they're recognizable and playable enough that there have been quite a few fan builds of them over the years. I can imagine a $150-$200 playset being made from them, or a $350 MBS set if we're really coming out of left field. Not that I've ever seen a fan build of those locations and wanted to have it for myself. This is pure speculation, of course. I'd much rather have a big Yavin base playset, but that wouldn't fit the RotJ 40th anniversary.
