Hopefully one of the pilots is red leader. I the set looks good because Brickclicker said it looks like a 4+ set 😬

This. For what it is worth, I am told the set looks very good.

Do we have any idea on the Swamp Speeder figures or how many we’re getting?

There should be four figures in the swamp speeder.

Hopefully Bly+2 327th troopers+Ayala! Otherwise it doesn’t make much sense to not just sell it as a battlepack.

Sure it makes sense. They know they can charge more and still have people buy it.

I mean, the 501st pack has more pieces for $5 fewer, and they've proven in the past that they can do a swamp speeder in a battle pack (Kashyyyk troopers).  So it's definitely going to have some draw in the figures, otherwise it would be the exact same thing as the 501st pack except a different clone legion and a different build, and costs $5 extra.

If it walks like a duck... swims like a duck... quacks like a duck...

I'm really hoping this is what we get, it would be such a win for the summer wave and give us a fantastic army builder considering today's prices. It definitely isn't guaranteed, unfortunately, but it makes sense if we imagine them as trying to sell a battle pack for an extra $5 by making the figures a big draw (à la the new $15 Mando N-1 microfighter).

I feel like a lot of people are looking at the UCS X-Wing from the perspective of an AFOL that's been collecting Star Wars for 5-10+ years (probably because most people on this forum fall into that demographic).  For someone that only recently got into LEGO or LSW, this makes a lot of sense.  I feel like the X-Wing and Millennium Falcon are the two "staples" of the theme that pretty much have to be on shelves in some form or another at almost all times.  Obviously they can do more re-releases at system scale, since UCS models only get one or two per year, but seeing that it's been a decade since the last UCS X-Wing, there's probably a very sizable portion of buyers that either missed the last one or weren't even into LEGO at the time.  Plus, the secondary market prices for UCS stuff are such that you basically have to buy any UCS/MBS model when it comes out or else pay 2-3x or more of the original price.

I am in the same boat only that was me over the last 5-7 years. I missed out on older sets (thank god actually) because all of the remakes have been better. I got the second falcon, snowspeeder, y wing and other sets and only recently have had to decide on upgrades from my sets. Like R2, and now the X-wing. I would also like to get a new B-wing, Vader Tie, Imperial shuttle etc. But I think I would actually double dip on the X-wing as it has always been one of my favorites. Also while I miss the old $200 UCS Price, I'll take a $240 set over all the $300-$700 sets lately which are just out of control!

I think they have been having a good mix of new UCS/MBS/Large sets and upgrades of past ships.

Could it be a battlepack and its just another price increase like how the microfighter N1 is 5$ more?

@Mandalorianknight The ‘Skywalker Strikes’ comic run was so much fun, I totally agree that it cemented Luke’s celebration outfit as one of the best looking. Glad to hear it’s coming back in this set! Looking forward to seeing it.

As for the unknown September set with the ~1000 piece count…just throwing it out there but does the fact that it’s unknown necessarily have to mean it’s from an upcoming show? Or could it be from anything?

Doesn’t make sense that two sets from September are confirmed to be based on Ahsoka but this third set is still a question mark. I was thinking it’s from Skeleton Crew perhaps, but hope it’s something like the Stinger Mantis.

Brilliant, cheers. Although I won’t buy this set I’m certain it’s going to be popular and look amazing.

I really hope there’s more figures, notably the Rebel Honour Guard. The set is then PERFECT.

I’m just happy with a new celebration/yellow jacket Luke, always has been my favorite design for him

Can’t wait to see these again! I might be tempted if they look good :)

I know I already made this question but is there a chance the mystery 1083 pieces set is a gunship? I still think it’s likely and for many reasons: LEGO has milked out the return of the Jedi anniversary so naturally they would do the same with TCW, there has to be a set with Rex and we all know it won’t be a y wing, it makes sense for them to release it on September 1st since they have already had trouble with past releases like the AT TE and the 501st battlepack so it makes sense they want it to be a precise date this time around, also call me crazy but maybe one of the Ahsoka sets will be a gunship cause there is a rumor that the Ahsoka series will take place in various stages of her life including clone wars

There’s a chance, but why wouldn’t it be released for August rather than September as rumoured.

I think you need to accept there won’t be a Gunship this year, maybe next time sadly.

The AT-TE delay was based on a missing bag of parts due to failed QA, so unlikely it has anything to do with that. I do agree that it is odd having a 3rd set that isn't necessarily Ahsoka releasing in September. As for the $100 Ahsoka set being a gunship, it really just costs way too little. The last gunship was $120($155 adjusted for inflation), so even if you nix 100 pieces from it it still has to be at least $140. I remain hopeful this last set could still be a gunship but I'm not holding my breath.

Please be careful with potential spoilers. Thank you :)

If the minifigures have the same color accents as a rubber duckie...
