Easy, tiger. We don't even know if it's gonna come out.

Well then, I'll just have to sue with a class action suit on behalf of Lego builders looking forward to this kit... :pir_tong2:

I'm curious when (if ever) will we get info from Nuremberg TF...

I will search for noveltys tomorrow. Maybe we will have an .io from the LR13000 at Sunday evening.

I just looked at the list again and searched some pics for the John Deere Skidder.

Assuming we get another model with the big grey pneumatic cylinders, the 107 tractor tires would actually fit way better than the smaller 81 tires. I am also curious about the grabber. Maybe with the 90° gear racks?

I have only seen a 25m long wall with some lego prints on it. The lego booth was like fort knox.

This is pure speculation, but I almost wonder if the skidder is going to be a slightly modified re release of the 42080 forest machine. Possibly without moterization. Similar to how the 2022 garbage handler was a simplified version of the volvo crane

I think it's more of a downgraded version of the CLAAS Xerion

Looking at the part count, it may be midsize, not like Claas

It's possible for a set to have CLAAS wheels and low part counts. Just look at 42081 and 42099.

42099 had expensive electronics ...but you could be right; Deere skidder has straight lines on bonnet (like it was done with axe), so using panels (with stickers - @Maaboo35 would love it) could be the case...

The reason why I say forest machine is because it seems like it will have a similar mechanical base to it. My theory is that this will be a pneumatic set and that the grey cylinders were introduced for this license. It would make sense because JD is very protective over the colors used in its licensed products.

If it were pneumatic it would have a very similar setup to the forest machine. Duel cylinders for elevation and one cylinder for the grabber. It would be re bodied to have 4 large wheels possibly from the xerion instead of 8 smaller wheels. Both the skidder and forest machine also have articulating bodies. There is also a 6 wheeled version of the skidder that would require even less work to rebody from the forest machine.

I wonder, if this Peugeot hypercar will be dgb, and includes parts from 42113, will it make more affordable to bricklink, and even cheapen the MISBs' price?

I am a new funs for lego technic, and i like backhoe loader very much , which has many functions in a small set. This year i have collected  42004 and 8069, and i am looking forward lego can release a power set. Recently i see a mould king new set , seems like another MOC one, but too large. if lego see this , please considerate it , give us a official one.

@EricZhou: Welcome to the forum! Better post such ideas in the thread "Future Set Wishes and Speculation" as it has nothing to do with the 2023 lineup ;-)

Can you give a link or a type number for this set? I'm always interested to see how well the functions work :-)

You are not alone with this wish here, nearly every technic construction machine enthusiast here wishes for a a new iteration of a backhoe in Lego Technic. With the gaining interest in IP-vehicles, a JCB 4CX is a highly considered candidate.

This really comes down to the fact that it uses linear actuators. The gearboxes and motors needed for this powered solution suck up much room in models. In contrast, a pneumatic version can be and was (8455) done in a smaller scale.
