There is most likely going to be a costume in this series, but the Minifigs that I listed are not costumes.

#2, #4, #5, #9, and #10 could be costumes, with #2, #4, and #5 being the most likely candidates IMO.

The wording connects #1 to a purple counterpart in a previous series, and I cannot really see a new crayon colour generating this kind of excitement.

“Obviously”? Sure, one or two costumes per sason may be likely.

However, I don’t know if there is a costume hidden in Itaria’s hints. His hints are little hard to decipher. We know there will be a soccer player / referee since World Cup starts tomorrow. He doesn’t say anything about costumes at the moment.

Since we get at least two costumes in each regular series, I expect the same for Series 24. While Itaria did not say anything specifically about costume figures, there are a few hints that are vague enough that they could be describing costumes.

Ah; while I do not think that it is "obviously" a costume (it could be something like a relatively generic City-style figure), it is one of the hints that could be.

We got three costumes in Series 19 after the costume-themed Series 18, and we have been getting at least two costumes per series since the reduction to twelve Minifigs in Series 21 (which actually had three costumes). I expect that we will get two in Series 24, though I would definitely prefer normal Minifigs.

I know you are probably right, but S18 and S19 were more than a year apart from each other, while S23 and S24 are coming back to back

Good point, but we have no way of knowing how far in advance LEGO planned these two series, and whether they were originally intended to be released back-to-back. Changing plans for licensed theme CMFs or the fall of VIDIYO, for instance, may have affected when Series 24 is being released.

Is the Lego Movie 2 Series counted as regular series? You know, it was released in winter of 2019 and there were so many costumes, like Watermelon Dude, Girae Suite Guy, Canyon Suite Girl. 

So..i think it’s still likely to see one or two costumes in Series 24. 

I know there are licensed characters in TLM2 Series (Dorothy Gale, Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion).

No; "regular" series are the numbered ones (1-24).

I think the chinese knockoff quote is about a costume fig. Other brands made costumes of a kangaroo, koala, pelican, hawk, deer, beaver, cow, macaw, some veggies, fruits and nuts, and milk, soda bottles, and french fries

Googling ‘Lego Terracotta Army’ definitely turns up several Chinese knockoffs right on the first page of images. Given that it’s an archetype that’s been brought up as a possibility before and also one of the few knockoff archetypes that would be actually appropriate for an unlicensed CMF, it’s certainly a possibility.

We’re past overdue for one really. The shepherd’s crook was done in the Toy Story 4 sets (albeit in need of recoloring), and we’ve now got a adult sheep, lamb, and an extra piece to represent shorn wool. The most standard dog mold is even technically a shepherd dog! It’s easily the most blatant archetype not to be done yet because all the molds already exist. So I can’t fathom why it hasn’t happened yet - it’s as obvious a choice as the series 21 centaur warrior.

Yes we could be overlooking the possibility of the reused faction being one we've already seen updated.

Technically, we've had 2 new Black Falcon torsos, 1 Crusader/Lion Knight, so this could be a variant too.

I do hope it's Wolfpack or at least Black Knights though.
