An articulated bus has been my dream for City for a long time now. I hope there is one in that set.

From what i heard, this new D2C is going to be 8+ (age thing), so we might get more detailed things, I really hope to see a articulated bus too, I like the concept.

A bendy bus and maybe even a little post office scene in the same set is literally in "Hurry up and buy" territory.

Let me elaborate then. Unike the legendary town in the 1990s, the city for so many years has not been a CITY in the proper sense of the word but more like a fleet: vehicles, vehicles and vehicles + police and fire station with some very rare buildings. I'd call Friends series being more "city" as you can build a truly urban area with the lineup. What you can't say about the CITY series (okay, over the last 2-3 years there-ve been some building).

That's why I said that.

I also regret that in the sets of 2023 we don't see much road plates in large sets.

One thing you need to understand about my good buddy @Lion King is that if there is anything in City involving animal molds, he's going to be more excited about that than anything else. And we love him for it.

For me personnally it is not Arctic (I collected all sets back in 2014 and later) bit the City Center, Apartment Block and other sets that are typical of CITY, not a fleet.

I need 60380 becausr i missed every city center set because in my country it costed 400$ and it was pandemic and i bought small sets.

That depends on what the vehicles are. Like if I see a hauler or some type of monster truck or aircraft, I'm not all that excited about them. But if I hear of a vehicle that I haven't seen before or haven't seen in a long time, I'm excited. 

BTW! Given that they say all summer sets are to be released in June internationally, shouldn't we see pics of the summer sets soon like as in middle of April to the beginning of May or something?

Historically, leak season for summer sets begins around this time of year, whereas official set reveals happen around mid April-early may

2020: official reveal: April 27th

2021: official reveal: April 30th-may 2nd

2022: official reveal: may 2nd

 

I have just got four sets of 60386 Recycling Truck. And two sets of Freight Train i.e. 60336, but I regret for the freight train. I am selling one out, but no one is interested.

I prefer the garbage truck from 2012 as that one just stands out to me more. I decided to not get any trains as my town prefers buses and lorries.

That's good to know! I hope all summer sets are released in June for the US too. I always hated Lego for saving the good stuff until August for the states, while other countries get it early.

Ok! But I just decided not to get trains. 

Coming back to the rumoured 66744 set, now we know 66745 and 66747 are Bundle sets, so very likely for this to be the same for 66744.

Well I can't wait to see them! We should see the entire summer wave in May! One more month until we see them.

The numbers and names of the sets pf the summer sets are usually revealed not too long after the winter wave has been fully released. So those names are pranks. Official pics are usually released in May.

Well according to some price comparison websites, this unknown set is supposed to be released tomorrow.  I really think this a bundle set, might be a bundle with three 10€/$ vehicles, who knows?

Road tape as a "reward" is strange.

I mean, this tape does look nicer then the last version, and I suppose 800 points isn't bad, as it's like slightly over a €5 discount code.

I can imagine it being a decent deal when properly used on a shelf or kids' room or something, since you get 10 meters of it, but I prefer 60304: Road Plates.
