I mean, I do like some of the bikes and smaller sets, I only got the first version of Stunt Show because it was like 55% off, and recently took it apart for the parts (aside from the monster trucks). The 2020 Stunt Park was also a decent set, at least when it was priced around €20, definately not a $40 set. The 2023 raptor bike set is interesting as well, at least the Europe price on it is still ok, but the larger set and the truck are worse then previous larger set and truck. Best thing to come from Stuntz are probably those ramps, which are reused in the 2023 Skate Park for example, and perhaps might show up in white in the City Skate Park or Ski related summer sets. Rocket Racer being it's own set was nice, as was the Neon Cyber Bike this year, as those are nice bikes + figures. And from comments, I think the bathtub bike seemed popular among AFOL. I only got the $100 stunt arena, stunt park (both on clearance), the fire stunt bike (test) and the bathtub stunt bike (why the heck not?) Quote

But I'm excited to see what the sets are like. I hope it's a revival of the race cars from the early 90s that were featured in Lego Island. Quote

I searched a bit and I found a better translation, also combi means combination (sort of a direct translation of German word "Kombiset") 60395-Combo Race Pack 60396-Tuner Cars 60397-Monster Truck Race 3 hours ago, Poodabricks said: I hope it's a revival of the race cars from the early 90s that were featured in Lego Island. OR maybe a new subtheme inspired by Stuntz but focused on racing vehicles, if these look good I'm probably buying these, what was the last time Lego released a race car set? (not including 4+ sets) I was trying to figure out if it's a bad translation or if Combi is replacing Stuntz. I wouldn't mind if LEGO brought back pull back cars. But there is that City garage set from this year that has two race cars and you combine them together. Quote
LCP Posted March 4, 2023 Posted March 4, 2023 I'm sorry, I'll be careful not to misinterpret it from now on. Quote
Lemerbrix Posted March 4, 2023 Posted March 4, 2023 @LCP do you know if any missions sets are coming out this year Quote

(not including 4+ sets) WOW!!!!! Now I was hoping for one of those. If they release standalone race cars like they did the standalone Stunt bikes, I'm going on a shopping spree. Now the last time Lego released a race car set was in 2020 when the new age City sets began to be released. It was called the 60256 Race Car Duel. Though, I think there was a go kart polybag in 2022. But that doesn't really count I don't think. Edited March 5, 2023 by Poodabricks Quote

They were good as parts packs There's no love for the lack of instructions by AFOL, but I don't think they have been a failure at all. One easy fix would be to just release pdf instructions alongside them. Quote
Maple Posted March 6, 2023 Posted March 6, 2023 How can Missions be a failure when LEGO is still producing the sets? Failures, like Vidiyo, LEGO would retire the sets and stop making them, they haven't done that with Missions. Quote

Lion King Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 There are new Jurasic Park sets and they have Jeep Wrangler. I think we can modify the as “generic” jeep in City. Quote
Killian Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Now that there's modular cars in Lego City, I wonder if we'll ever see a wrecker's yard set? There could be builds for crushed cars, or car parts that could be put together to make a full car then disassembled into parts to put around the yard. A brick built car crusher could be interesting. It could double as the scrapyard in Ninjago or make a good place for the Lego criminals to dispose of bodies. Quote

Vilhelm22 Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Is there any rumour of a 2023 freight train in the vein of 3677 Red Cargo Train in 2011 and 60098 Heavy Haul Train in 2015? 2018’s trains with an absence of train station was reversed in 2022 - I’m wondering if this might happen again here and have a new freight train later in the year?
