Is anyone planning to motorise their 10194? I can't say I am tempted at this stage. At these prices I'm more likely to use the 'hand of God' and make choo-choo noises

I bet the remote and the battery will end up in a non-train set, and I'll get it that way. If need be I can make a carridge for the old battery box and use my existing parts... or I can turn a RC motor into a carridge. Besides, due to room reasons I've given up on a train layout anyway so it'll be choo-choo for me too!

My local KMART has (3 of) the Troll Warship 7048 for 88.00 and it is 15% off on top of that.... making is 74.80 (??? you do the maths, hehe) and on the Lego S@H it is 99.99 then 30 bucks in postage. Has anyone done a review on said product?

I was in Myer City yesterday and saw a giant brick built Glaciator display for the Power Miners section. It had a soft foam hammer which people were talking from its hands and whacking it with! Hilarious.

Are they ever. I hate seeing such great discounts internationally knowing that if the order was big enough they would nearly all be shipped from Europe anyway

Correct. It comes up as an error, saying when you go to process it that you cannot change an address country other than the S@H location.

I'm happy to use S@H if I make a decent size purchase, and really, if you get a $250 set for $125 +40 freight, it still is a fair discount

S@H is ideal for bulk purchasing, especially when you are after rare or on sale sets. If your order hits $800 you get upgraded to express shipping which is only 3-5 days usually. Once you order over say 300-400 worth $45 is a bargain for the amount ordered. If you were to buy one set off eBay US for example, postage is usually about $70 AUS.

Otherwise, buying the odd set at a time is definitely a better option to go local and save time and money.

Thats stupid, it all comes from Denmark so why not sell everywhere.

They only had the Obi wan, Vader & Chewie Magnet set [And Spongebob but no one likes spongebob except... ISC.... ] and the Castle BP.....Im kicking myself for not geting the Castle BP...but spent $19 on 3 figures from the Community workers set....... [They came with an accessory each] But yeah...

They were in a Jar [full of them] they also had some keychains including Brickbeard for $9.90 ea.

And the VW & Sandcrawler [sandcrawler $299 I think] + Some of the bigger newer sets. Nothing really special. Also I asked the checkout chick she said she didn't have any other types of Magnet sets.

Nope, They sell other LEGO too [Although they have ALOT of duplo] they also had a whole shelf with bigger newer sets [although they where the RRP] but the Educational sets are REALLY expensive.

And as I said im still kicking myself for not getting the Castle BP......

Kmarts got 15% of lego from the 13th of April to the 22nd of April. I'm sorry if someone in front of me said it already, its just of another site they were saying its from the 13th to th 18th
