went back to brisbane CBD target with the barcodes printed out in hand, it was obvious looking at them that someone had been through there already. After checking every single remaining bag though someone has gone through and bought every single zombie and indian, quite annoyed :(

Any Perthites see the minifigs north of the river? I checked Whitfords (Big W & Target), Kingsway, Warwick, but none of them have any. I checked Joondalup last week, and also nothing. I might have to drive south to get some tonight :)

Toyworld Balcatta (Erindale Rd, just east of freeway) had minifigs last weekend.

Myer's will be open from 5:30pm on June 1; they're kicking off their stocktake sales with a preview evening! 25% off all toys :thumbup:

Mt. Barker (Adelaide) Toyworld had half a box of minifigures sitting on their sales counter at 11 o'clock this morning...

Using the barcodes I bought myself the robot, spaceman, wrestler and zombie. I also spotted atleast one or two of the diver, ninja, caveman, forestman and clown if anyone's interested in a drive up that way.

How much are they normally?

Sticker price at is $199.95 so drops to $150.

I have seen these Endor sets at a Toyworld for $299.95!

Nice find, the Lunar Limo looks beautiful. They're all within a dollar of RRP, so Myer would be considerably cheaper.

Noticed today that Toyworld has updated their site.

A lot of things that where tagged as being august release are now set to 15th June, including the new passenger train. They also claim a few exclusives which seems a bit dubious, given one of those supposed exclusives is

the modular fire station ( 10197 ) which I saw at TRU Garden City a couple of weeks back.

Oh, and hello! Guess I should have posted in the new members forum first but meh, was too excited seeing I might be able to pick up a train set in 2 weeks

The question now is should I hold off till the stock take sales, or even big mid year toy sales in July, and hope some of the major chains are going to stock them!

Is this at all K-marts?

I saw them at two Kmarts in Brisbane. The SPIII Central didn't seem as big as I was expecting. But the Undercover Cruiser looks very nice, and for $60 doesn't seem too outrageous.

Interestingly one of the Kmarts had been stripped bear of the TS3 Train sets (Duplo and "minifig" scale). The Toy staff member said she restocked the shelf twice with them on the first day of the sale.

S@H is starting to be updated too, with the yellow Truck, Farmer and Kingdoms Impulses appearing (as well as the airport stuff, but we've had that for months )

Went to Kmart today. They had The SP Central and Toy Story 3 DUPLO sets.

For those in Perth, Target CBD had a whole pile of the collectible figs left (they are in the LEGO section so there should be no problems sitting there checking the bar codes for the one you want like I did)

Also went to K-Mart and Big W in Belmont, neither had anything notable (no sign of the SPIII base, limo or undercover set out here yet) but Big W did have a bunch of the Toy Story train (in case people are looking and cant find any at K-Mart)

I've got some great Intel from Myer........

Most Myer stores do have new Lego sets in stock but they're not releasing or putting them out just yep (some stores, not all).

Why you ask...... because the mid year stocktake sale is very soon, without giving away a date they hinted it could possibly start at the end of this week??

They may have the Emerald Night Train set back again because last time they sold out before the sale started and didn't have any stock for the catalogue.

That's why the shelves are so bare because they're waiting for the Mid year Stocktake sale to start....................

But what they do have is the 10197 Fire Brigade set and the 10210 Imperial Flagship set!

Both around $299 I imagine so with tomorrow's 25% off sale, the Imperial Flagship will be down to over $200 and so will the Fire Brigade set.

The stock won't get put on the shelf till the sale starts..............

Hope this helps all the Imperial Flagship people (like me) that are waiting for them to appear.........

The only way to get to the Lego section at our local Myer is to walk extremely conspicuously through a very long thin children's clothing section. I don't go there very often! I'll head in there and have a look though in hope there's some new SP3.

Imagine If have a 15% off online sale but yuo must use the link below, the sale isn't actually advertised on their site. They have quite a few hard to find sets like the 7993 service station, the old fire station which would be a bit over $75 after discount as well as a few agents sets. Also for star wars fans they have LEGO 7679 - Republic Fighter Tank which would be $85 incl shipping!

Edit: Popped into Myer Adelaide CBD at lunch, none of the 10000 series sets rumoured to be part of the sale were on display, plenty of battle of Endor sets, all the new Toy Story including train set. A small amount of new SP3, limited in both range and quantity.

So last week i went on the hunt for the Minfig series 1 at the local stores, first stop on my list was Toys R us, i walked to the lego section...no little yellow bags :( BUT i sore a empty Yellow box, i thought "hmm perhaps target has them" to my luck target had a whole bunch of them on the shelves..not wanting to be greedy i picked up five and made my way back home.

opening them i found i had the zombie, the wrestler, the scuba diver, the ninja and the robot, i put them on my books shelf along with the Indian that i got off ebay.

The next week i went back to target to find the display box of minfigs gone and only one last packet on top of a prince of persia box so i brought that one and got the magican.

i was talking to the lady at the checkout we had a nice little convo about the minifigs and how cool it is that you don't know which one your getting, she told me they were not meant to come out till june.

So i'm just wondering if any Aussies know when they will be released here, June? are they out now? or has the time come and gone already? i know that they will be hard to get..but man i want that forest man! I'm praying i haven't missed out..but i'm guessing target released them a bit too early before the other shops did cause my local hobbie shop that sells alot of the lego sets you can't get in the stores hasn't got them yet.

I think you'll find that the ones released here are EU branded minifig packs. ie once they were rls'ed in europe they came over here.

The ones in USA afaik havent made their way over to our shores yet, so hence maybe she thought it wasnt till June?

You can tell because of the barcode, if it's on the left side it is EU stock, if it is on the right of the pack it is USA stock. The barcodes for both regions are totally different.

Just to update on the Imagine IF sale.

The petrol station 7993 is "NOT" available. I put an order in and it went through but I got an email back saying they don't have stock and can't fulfill this as it is discontinued.
