Myer has spend $75 and get $20 off for Myer One card holders. So $225 is $165 which works well with the new Space releases if you can spend another $15 somewhere.

It's over 25% off for this deal so it's rare to get it better. 3 for 2 wouldn't be an improve I don't think for these sets.

Don't you need one of the vouchers sent in the mail to use this? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I just didn't want people thinking they could join myer one now and get access to the discount. I find these kinds of discounts a pain to use, I'd prefer a straight 20% rather than messing around with trying to get my purchases add up as close to a multiple of $75 as possible and then discover the set I would like to do that with isn't in stock.

Myer are probably the most sneakiest when it comes to sales, almost as if they don't want to sell it at the sale price. They never blanket advertise via email and specials are sometimes not even marked from store to store. But they are probably the best value for money when they do have a sale and there is enough in stock.

So I presume this is a "new" 1 or 2 day secret special offer??? I'll take a loook. Thanks Distortme.

Yeh I don't think it was an email and it's not displayed in the store, however I found it on ozbargain.com.au and downloaded the voucher. Myer will probably email late today or tomorrow.

Getting the right mix is hard, but I think the space sets and a toy for my son hits $225 - alternatively buy S4 minifigs to balance it out :D

I received vouchers in the mail yesterday, it said the voucher needs to be presented and has advice for cashier to scan the code and apply discount, it starts today and ends Sunday.

Do you mean Series 3 or Series 4 (because Series 4 is not available yet)

Wollongong Myer didn't have any new sets. I was looking for the new Space sets. They did however have Emerald night .

Yeh Adelaide CBD only had the two more expensive sets but the guy there said they may be getting more soon, so I'm waiting for the weekend to grab them all. I'd be tempted to grab an Emerald Night if they topped up too :)

In Melbourne on holiday and saw these for the first time (though may not be a first sighting for the forum)

Myer Melbourne CBD

Technic 8068 - Helicoptor

Technic 8069 - Dozer/Digger

Lego City (Space) 3368 - Rocket Launch Pad $119

Oooohhh nice deal....I don't know whether I should get Portal of Atlantis or not.....hmm

Portal of Atlantis is a good set for parts and worth it at that price.

No sign of anything new at Carousel, plenty of S3 figs around though. So far the only City Space set I have seen is the sattelite launch van.

Oh and if anyone in Perth wants an Imperial Flagship, I saw one on the shelf at MYER Carousel (no idea of the price though)

Thx for that tip! bought my portal :)

at that price, I couldn't resist.

Oh, and it should be noted, you can pick ONE option, max. 5 per purchase. There is no ability to "mix and match" and buy one of each, for example.

re: City space, K-mart Helensvale (qld) have the 3365 Space Moon Buggy, 3366 Satellite Launch Pad AND 3368 Space Center.

I don't remember seeing the 3367 Space Shuttle there though.

They've still got 2 or 3 boxes (opened, rifled through) of S3 figs and they appeared to be reorganising the shelves, shifting Lego around - hopefully it's to make room for this years new ranges!

I'm not sure what you mean? I bought 1 portal and 1 slave 1 in the same transaction....I just had to hit the back button and click the 'almost gone' button again...

Big W - Melbourne CBD has new City Space.

3365 Space Moon Buggy - $6.6x, 3366 Satellite Launch Pad $27.7x AND 3368 Space Center $108

As well as Technic 8068 - Helicoptor $48.something

Both Target and K-Mart in Capabala, QLD have 3365 Space Moon Buggy - $8.00, 3366 Satellite Launch Pad $29.00 AND 3368 Space Center $120.00

Posted (edited)

I dunno if this has been posted yet but my local Target (Springwood QLD) has a lot of stuff on clearance, I saw some tie fighter thing for $109 (sorry didn't pay much attention as I don't collect star wars lego, amongst many others. I grabbed the Pizza Planet Truck for $25 down from $80, I've been eyeing it off since it was released but couldn't justify the price, at $25 I nearly got 2 for the alien minifig alone :P

correction, I think the "tie fighter" thing was boba fetts ship

For those in Perth wanting City Space, MYER in the CBD now has both the space shuttle and the big rocket launch set.

Target in the CBD has the sattelite launch van.

No sign of the moon buggy anywhere in Perth yet.
