I just purchased a 10185 Green Grocer from Fishpond for $212 delivered.....I came to post the deal on here for others who were game but when I went back to the page it is now showing as "unavailable". I was completely expecting this but I had the money in paypal so I thought I would give it a go.... Now I just wait to see what excuse they come up with as to why they have to cancel my order.....or I get a very nice surprise....lol

Other decent (IMO) prices I saw if you are willing to brave Fishpond customer service were:

LEGO - Star Wars 7752 The Clone Wars Count Dooku's Solar Sailor $83.33

LEGO Ninjago 2504 Spinjitzu Dojo $54.99

LEGO - Castle 7097 Trolls' Mountain Fortress $139

LEGO Creator 10216 Winter Bakery $74.99

Hey Ang911,

Good luck getting the Green Grocer from Fishpond, I too am one of those 'previous' customers which thought they had some great deals, only to find

out when then did ship the Lego boxes came wrapped in brown paper so the box was smashed up when it arrived or my orders were simply cancelled

at their convenience after 1 month of waiting and having paid.

Hope they come through for you......... May the Force bring you bricks.

I believe someone before mentioned clearance sets at Target (apologies that I couldn't find post to credit them). Adelaide Target today had a few Clone Turbo Tanks for $130.

I have received my stock of the Commuter Jet 7696 Airline exclusive. If you want one I will sell them for $45 each plus postage of $5. Currently eBay has them at $59.50 with $6.50 postage. PM me if your interested. My Series 4 Minifigures have landed in Australia, so they should be here in the next few days. There will be some spares, but sets are $95 each plus $5 postage if your interested. Only 2 sets available at this stage because of the low amount of Scientists in the box's.

I'm not sure if you'll get a lot of takers there seeing you can get complete sets shipped from several bricklink shops in Europe for around $50.

That's ok, the option is there. I will sell these other ways, just putting the option out there. You will receive mine sooner with less risk.

You can even get a full box shipped via bricklink euro sellers for $130 aud.

they still only pay $2euro each per fig (not including the bulk buy discount) and we pay $5aud. q.q

standard aussies getting ripped off.

Excuse me but my series 4 minifigures have also landed in Australia so if we got them from the same person then $95 for a set is a massive profit on your part. If you bought from the same person as me you will be making roughly $54 profit per set. Thats great for you but the title of this thread is "Aussie Sales" hence we are all here to save money, not contribute to others profiteering, that's what ebay is for.

I also see you are using the pick a fig drop down box listing style that I used for s3. Considering I was the only one that listed in this way I am going to assume you copied me. Nice work.

I thank you all for your concern, but seriously, would you go into a Woolworths and tell them that no one will buy their tomatoes because you can buy it from a fruit shop in the city for cheaper? No! I'm quite aware of what I am offering & I'm not trying to rip someone off, or force someone to purchase it, I am simply putting it out there for anyone who might be interested. If no one wants to buy it at that price, then it's my problem & no one elses. Thanks again.

I'm sorry that you are so offended by me putting a price on something. I will go and have a good long hard look at myself. Since when does sales mean I have to sell something at the price I paid for it, or at a particular price to what someone else thinks I should sell it for?

I also see you are using the pick a fig drop down box listing style that I used for s3. Considering I was the only one that listed in this way I am going to assume you copied me. Nice work.

I'm afraid you have the wrong person, my ebay username is the same as my forum name. So before you start accusing someone of something on a public forum, perhaps you should get your facts & figures straight. I have seen people use that style of auction previously, you are not the only one. I do remember your ebay sales for S3, but again, you weren't the only one selling in this way.

I was not having ago at you in anyway I did no quote u or anything. So I am sorry if you got that feeling that I was attacking you. I was "simply putting it out there for anyone who might be interested"

when I was saying "standard aussies getting ripped off" it was a general statement about how we pay more for everything then our counter parts around the world.

Just picked up the space shutte at bigw for $48.**

Okay my apologies. I thought you said that you had your planes on ebay for $59.50 and that is the same seller.

And I didn't tell you NOT to sell them at that price. In fact I said it is great for you I just said don't sell them HERE at that price.

Wow,

Just had some amazing reading with plenty of posts since I visited last.

Without joining sides (maybe), I would like to say that selling Lego Series 4 x16 sets at $95 is very very rich.

If I do my maths correctly, $4.99 RRP x16 = $79.84 and that's at Australian Retail level, still cheaper then $95.

As someone else mentioned you won't be getting any takers from these forums because we all seem to help each other out and we

all know that a complete box can be purchased for a little more then the x1 set your offloading.

Unless you were offering it up much cheaper on these forums then Evil-bay is where it should be going, but I doubt $95

is what you'll get even there!

Those Hong Kong sellers are down to $80 now with free shipping and I've even seen an Australian S4 set sell for as low as $75.

Anyways, im sure for anyone who's taken anything personally or been offended than you'll move on and forget the previous

conversations, after all, we are all here to concentrate on Lego sales and up and coming deals !!!!!

Sharing is caring,

"Keep on hugging"

Just coz it's on topic - I'm seeing $60 (includes postage) now for s4 sets on eBay.

As this minifig thing is getting more and more into the collectible market, more and more people will jump on the bandwagon to make a quick buck. I've seen it all before with trading cards and comics. S3s are still readily available locally and I'm betting S4 will be even more saturated in the market so (IMHO) be wary what you pay!

I know we're all friends and Lego fans first and for most, so get them all your own way and help out an Aussie Sales fan where you can, because S5 will be here sooner than you think and there will be more to get all over again.

Does anyone know where the cheapest place to buy a set or box of series 1 minifigures would be? I completely missed this set but I just looked at the photos and would love to add some to my collection. They seem to be very expensive on ebay. The cheapest I have seen so far is a box of 60 on Bricklink for $195 plus postage. Anyone seen anything cheaper?
