S@H is showing 9398 crawler at $289 although "not available in this country"

i wonder if it will stay at that price when they finally release it....... :hmpf_bad:

Nice. Monster Fighters is up as well. Wonder when the other retailers will start stocking it?

Thanks to all concerned for the tips on Monster Fighters release dates a couple of pages back. I've since ordered Shop For Me's deal, which excludes The Zombies set. Hopefully Target here in Australia will be getting that as an exclusive like the US?

So tempting to order at S@H and get the Hulk minifig, but unfortunately I can't really justify the $30 shipping...

I'd say it will considering the US price is $199 and a simple Google currency exchange makes that $189 AUD so as they do mark it up another $100 for us Aussies and there ya go $289.

I spoke to a LEGO rep yesterday in Target and she assured me they would be in store in September but warned me there isn't much stock.

Did you happen to get a catalogue? I know what is coming but just want one.

Should also mention that I noticed the medium Heroica sets were priced at $20. (Instead of $29.)

On an extremely related note the new Heroica set "Ilrion" is now available on S@H, $29. For those who may have overlooked it, it has 8 microfigs including zombies & a vampire...

S@H has the new Spider-Man's Doc Ock Ambush set up.

A mere $69.99 as opposed to the $29.99 US price

This is outrageous !!! Hope its cheaper on that new Tarazz website or I might have to wait until I go to the US next year to pick up some bargains.

Target Deal of the Day is buy one toy, get a second of lesser or equal value for 50% off.

Link to the one day special is here.

Equates to 25% off if you buy 2 items at the same price.

Both DJs and Target Perth CBD had the new Friends sets (not the horse sets, the caravan, airplane, speedboat, bedroom etc)

Didn't see them in MYER but I wasn't really paying a lot of attention to the Friends sets there.

All 3 stores had stock of the City stuff (mining and the medical center)

Tempted by some of the parts in those Friends sets (especially the caravan set and the airplane set) but I also need to save money for Series 8, Monster Fighters and the Hobbit sets (that Bag End set is amazing)

Lets hope LEGO Australia gets it RIGHT this time and has stock of the Hobbit stuff on the shelf BEFORE the movie opens in cinemas...

I originally bought the adventure camper for the medium azure bike default_wubnew.gif, and didn't really think about any of the other parts. I then built the set for my daughter, but pulled it apart for the pieces just a few days later. 1x10 bright pink bricks!!

The bedroom set also looks like it has some nice parts in it.

Great to hear that Monster Fighters has hit .au at last.

Those K-Mart prices aren't that bad actually (vs the US price)

Just have to hope I can find a good price on the Frankenstein set (the one set I particularly want)

The monster fighters Zombie set is at BigW for $58, it is the exclusive set so the price is good, S@H have it listed for $69.95.

The Castle was $128, Hearse $44, Smallest set was under $15, something like $14.64. No shelf prices had to scan them to get the prices.

Currently kicking myself for ordering it off S@H... :hmpf:

Can confirm K-Mart Southland have the Castle for $119 which is not bad at all. Basically 20% off. Shopforme has it for $105 but it's listed as preorder and when you factor in the shipping the price is practically the same anyway. Haven't seen any shops with the Frankenstein in stock yet though.

MYER Carousel has monster fighters castle, train & hearse.

K-Mart Carousel still has a few of the big space shuttle.

No sign of the smaller monster fighters yet.
