It looks very nice!

Have you tried with a crankshaft like the 42132 motorcycle? It makes the pistons movements more realistic and doesn't take more space

I actually keep forgetting about those pieces. I don't have those in my parts collection and thus I tend to go with that 2L liftarm camshaft style.

With four 42132 kits you'll have enough of them if you have 50€ to fix that...

I'm often ordering specific parts rather than complete sets for the parts. I know that I'm overpaying for those parts on their own, but it costs less in general when I'm building a model that has a lot of unique parts in it.

I would love to see a similar engine being built with technic parts only instead of using system parts. 
We do have a thread dedicated for fake engines btw. 

Wish to see more detailed engines like this.
