JoKo Posted December 28, 2022 Posted December 28, 2022 This MOC is on my shelf for a while. I wanted to share it. It features: -Twin Pull Back motors, 1 for each back wheel geared 16/20 (more torque) -Fake engine inline 2 cylinders with differential -HOG steering (spare wheel at the back) One of Henry Ford's famous quotes about the Model T was, "Any customer can have a car painted any color he wants, as long as it is black." The Model T only came in black because the production line required quick drying paint only aviable in black. Quote
Davidz90 Posted December 28, 2022 Posted December 28, 2022 Cool! Interesting use of these unusual wheels. It could be fun if the hand crank at the front was functional, rewinding the pullbacks. Quote
trekman Posted December 29, 2022 Posted December 29, 2022 Nice model, with good use of that size of wheel. Will it run straight when you pull it back, or would you have to lock the steering in some way? Quote
1963maniac Posted December 29, 2022 Posted December 29, 2022 Very nice. What pull-back motors did you use? https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=12787c01#T=C https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=motor6#T=C https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=motor6a#T=C Quote

TheLegoDr Posted December 29, 2022 Posted December 29, 2022 Very clever. Looks spot on. My dad has a 1927 Model T. You nailed the shape. Quote
